Eyes! Optical - Diem Thuy Nguyen OD, Fort Worth TX

This is the BEST eye doctor I have EVER been to. She actually cares about her patients. She spends extra time explaining everything to you. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The office is clean and nice.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Nguyen on October 12,2020. Dr. Nguyen is kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She has a beautiful office in a convenient location. Her office is following the COVID regulations to keep her patients safe. The sweet ladies at the front desk, Yen and Amelia, are so friendly and Yen helped me pick out a pair of frames when I visited their office again today. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen at EYES! Optical!

I decided to try contacts since Corona happened, and wearing glasses and a face mask isn’t exactly comfortable. A friend of mine recommended this office. Dr. Nguyen is patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered my questions, and was honest with me. The staff is quick, and polite. They made trying on contacts a comfortable process. I enjoyed my visit, and look forward to trying out these contacts. I’m glad that I came across this clinic.

Dr. Nguyen is great! She is very nice and will answer all of your questions. I did not feel rushed she explained everything. I highly recommend her.

Dr Nguyen is great, the office staff not so much. First they lose my appt, sure they worked me in, but it set things off to a bad start. THEN I buy my contacts and they go some rebate route and only tell me AFTER I have made the purchase. Checking it out online you have to jump thru hoops, give up loads of information, and produce document after document. Next time I will purchase myself without their "help".

Friendly and helpful as always. Little to no wait time. Arrived a few minutes early for appointment and was taken back to begin eye exam.

If you are not going here, you should be! This is the best place I have ever used to care for my eyes. Dr. Nguyen is the most friendly, professional optometrist I have ever met, and her staff is awsome.

Not sure how they get 5 stars they are rude and have provided incorrect information numerous times. Tried to charge me for something that I did not even order. And when I did order something they failed to place the order. The Dr. Is great the staff 2 stars.

This was a great experience. I've been going to the same eye doctor for 15 years and I've been pretty frustrated with my prescription over the last 3 years or so. I finally decided to change doctors and when I went to see Dr. Nguyen she said my prescription was way off and gave me a new one. Now I can see again. I'm just a little frustrated with myself for staying with the same eye doctor for so long. I will definitely be back to see Dr. Nguyen next year for my annual visit.

Staff here is so nice and welcoming! I had to call quite few places that would take walk in with my VSP insurance I called and they took me right in. Joked around with the staff and the doctor was so friendly. She really made me feel like my eye test was a real test that I was Acing lol super comfortable. Picked my glasses at a great price and got them same day. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time.
