Was easy as could be, worked with my partner and I in our current situation. Service was great & love my new (used) car!

I wish I didn't have to give this review. The people that helped me were really very nice. I wanna say that, but since I've had the car it has been one thing after the other. First the Air conditioner then the electricalthe radio has a mind of its own i can be on the phine on bluetooth it will hang up when it wants call someone else just a hot mess. Now the engine light is on car wont go over 30 miles temp gauge on car running hot bad alternator. I have spent so much money and lost so much money not being able to go to work.

I can not say enough great things about this business and especially the employees! My 21 year old daughter was looking for a new car and was going to be financing for the first time and dealing with that whole process. We stopped here on a whim to look around and it was the best decision. Mario came out, sat her down, and got to know her and what she needed and what she wanted. He didn't try to influence her and listened to everything she said. He said he was a father of several daughters and was going to treat her like he'd want someone to treat his kids. Very quickly she found her perfect car. She ended up going with the first car she test drove because he LISTENED and his recommendation was spot on. He was also 100% honest about any little scratch or issue. He made sure that the issues were addressed and fixed before she picked the car up. Then he introduced us to Hannah in the office and she was a dream to work with. She was smart, funny, and so kind. She really made the financing portion so simple and fast. Once again just easy. She thoroughly explained every option to my daughter, got her the best deal possible, and didn't try to tack on unnecessary fees like a lot of bigger dealerships do. I've never seen an easier or better car buying experience. Then to top it off, they made a repair to the car a couple of weeks after the sale, quickly and with no extra charge, even though it was an as-is sale. That proves that they really stand behind the vehicles they sell and shows they value their customers. When it's time for me to get a new car, I won't go anywhere else! I've recommended EZ Auto Connection to everyone I know and they now have several lifelong customers. Thank you so much to Mario and Hannah for taking such great care of my daughter!
