EZ Cruise Parking, Galveston TX

Driver was cool but they are way too worried about having the shuttle packed with people. We could’ve walked to the cruise ship and back three times in the time it took to get the shuttle loaded

The Italian guy was awesome! Professional and took care when handling my luggage.
Edit: I only referenced him as the "Itialian" guy, because he said, "just call me the Italian guy", when I asked his name.

I have always had a great experience with ez park. I just had a cruise cancelled amd they took care of me with a refund. I will for sure use them in the future.

Have parked at EZ parking love it. I reserve my parking spot by on line easy access. When we park the employees are very helpful with our luggage. The best part is the shuttle to the port. Once again employees super helpful so don’t forget to tip them for there hard work

Norman was a great driver, handled our luggage carefully, and helped us get started on our first cruise. When we made it back, they were there waiting to take us back.quick and helpful service. **Bring cash to tip! The whole group was just amazing.

I accidentally left my car unlocked! (Which is crazy as my husband was joking about it as soon as we boarded the Ship) And it was in prefect condition when we got back to it.

Drop off and pick up we’re great. Carl and Andy took care driving and handling our bags. We were the first ones on the bus so we saw all the effort they take to keep the shuttle clean.

Organized, clean parking area, professional staff and management. EZ Cruise Parking is excellant. I highly recommend it.

Isaac and Norman took care of us. We appreciated them waiting on us as I have an F-450 and not the easiest to park so we had to find a big spot for a big truck. Lol. Thanks guys!

Great place to park for cruise out of Galveston. Friendly and honest staff. We accidentally left a piece of luggage and were home before realizing it, called EZ Cruise and it was shipped to us within a day.
