$ 194.46 has been taken from my account in less than 12 hours this is a real robbery about the ztag in Houston if they can never get on these bridges it is the worst customer service does not help you at all they do not know what to explain terrible service to you the tests all transactions with the same dates is a robbery I do not recommend getting on top
I"m not good driver on freeway, i live in US a few year, once time i drive on a trap into free way, i dont know it is an entrance free way, i can not return the car and im going to get out free way but too late, the camera right exit and capture me, they send me notice the charge, i came EZ tag in Westpark road, they tell me pay 70$ for the fine, if i register EZtag is 110$, i ask what, i just capture 1 time, i exit immediately why 70$, they tell me many fee that i dont understand, my english is not perfect, i think it is robber.if you tell me support 100$ for road, or something else, i will be ready to do but you charge 70$ for 100meter on freeway, it is robber

I didn't know what to expect given all of the bad reviews, but what I got was excellent service. I arrived at 1: 00PM on a Thursday and was in and out in about five minutes. The lady at the counter was polite, professional, efficient, helpful, and very pleasant. I won't hesitate to come back if I need anything EZ Tag related handled in the future.

EZ Tag is horrible! Charged me $320 for missed toll even though I have an account and tag. Put a block on my vehicle registration renewal and threatened me with a court date. Could have been resolved if they didn't send me an invoice 8 months later! Wouldn't work with me because it was past 30 days from the original toll date.
The two ladies that came out to help us went above and beyond to help us. Amazingly friendly and helpful. Wish I had gotten their names so i could give them the praise they deserved. As a new Houston resident they made the process very easy.
The store was very clean, when I walked in, a lady helped me by walking step by step on a store located computer in order to create a new account in order for me to get EZ tag, then a lady sitting behind the counter helped me in a very nice and friendly way by issuing me the EZ tag. Overall it was a pleasure to do business in this store. All the employees were very nice friendly, and professional.
Very slow. Not enough employees on a friday. There was a long line. Be prepared to spend at least an hour.
I was very impressed with EZ TAG customer service. We were met at the door by two very friendly people who immediately offered help and told us how to proceed. The young lady who processed our request was also very helpful and competent. Good job, EZ TAG Store!

Was charged for violations that were due to their system update and an error of the person helping me, over $300 in fees because they took it upon themselves to remove a vehicle from my account.
Nothing stands out as extraordinary, but nothing abnormal about this place. Waited in line for about 10 minutes, the lady who helped me was good. In and out in 15 min.
Very unprofessional. The rep put me on hold to verify something on my account. How come they let people wait for 20mins long just for holding. I was just ASKING for a refund since they charged my account TWICE, I have all the information they want. All thry have to do is ask and not put me on hold for that long!

Called to resolve a problem with a Non EZ Tag toll road fee. The agent was very helpful and even called back to make sure the situation was handled correctly.

I just wanted to say Ms Rosita is the best! Every night when I drive to work, I hope she's in the same lane. She's at the location on Beltway 8 and 288 near the Kirby exit. Always smiling and has a kind word, thank you Ms Rosita!
