Nice friendly service, also the other ladies were friendly with the other people next to me at the counter. "Very Good Customer Service ".
This place is the model for government inefficiency. I did everything online, just had to swing in and pick up the pass, after 30+ minutes in line a worker came and asked who did online, and collected our ID's. Another 30+ minutes later the people who were behind me in line, are out the door, and here we are still waiting.
There must have 5 cars pullup while we were reading the sign posted on the window saying that they were closed. Sure would have helped if they posted they were closed on their website.
We haven't even done any business here, but if and when we get eztags, it will be here. We only stopped in to get some information, and the lady that helped is gave us all the info we need and even told is how to save a few dollars. Never rude or even abrasive, just straight and to the point. That's exactly what I needed.
Rude lazy B's send you to a computer, because they are too lazy to pick up there fat fingers and do anything. Then get mad when you ask for a dame receipt! Maybe I'm yo white looking.
I thought this was an EZ tag store not the DMV. This place is so bad. The ladies move like damm turtles and have sarcasric attitudes. Long lines and long wait. I hope I never have to go back there again.
All lanes were open and mostly cheerful workers. Still takes a while because the people there were handling glitches from the system. Ericka was very helpful. Go online for most things-you can do almost anything there.
Bad just bad. All I needed to do was update a license plate number.felt like I was at the DMV. TOOK FOREVER! Took over an hour just to change a tag number on one of my vehicles.
The person helping me needed more training on their computer program. She was not only lost but messsd up my account. I had to make a second trip to get corrected.
When in Houston/Humble TX, get your EZ TAG, The service was friendly even though we did't really know what we were doing. Polite conversation as she welcomed us to the state and it was pretty quick.
This is BS. Why the f*** would we need eztag on beltway 8? ! Cash isn't worth getting pass a f***ing toll booth? !
I didn't experience any rudeness nor did I hear any. And I was on the lookout for the girl in the comments, she was cheery talking to ppl. I got the older lady at the far left and she was extremely nice.
There was a girl up there I didn't catch her name African American with glasses anid braces VERY VERY RUDE and sarcastic eye rolling and all the way to the point to where she got up from her chair and Walked off on me at the counter cause I asked a couple of questions about my account will never go back again to this location.
I made it before they closed and they didn't want to open the door. They pointed at a piece of paper on the door that the system was down. I understand that but really! I was just on the phone with a rep and they said i can come to the store! They are that lazy to get up from their chairs that I see them clearly sitting on making no effort to help anyone! Horrible! That's how they treat paying loyal customers!
Such an atrocious experience will never go back to this store again. I had to wait almost an hour before I got "Attended" and even then the associate was so slow I think a turtle moved faster than her just to make a quick payment! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I shouldn't even be giving them ONE star!
Third time we have tried to go pick up our EZ tag in 2 months and.the system was down AGAIN time. So frustrating, YET Takisha was incredible! Super understanding and helpful especially considering it's been harder on the employees who've been unable to do their jobs and have had to deal with angry customers.

Save yourself a bad day this place is like any other government place is like you go and ask them for something free people are unorganized imagine yourself go to renew your driver license on a real busy day that's how this place is I would just rather go online and get it there o try to keep paying cash on the stupid tolls for as long as i can
This is like the new post office. So SLOW.took 45 minutes to take care of business I should be able to do online, but system would not let me.
