At the Ez Pawn Shop on 50th and Ave Q man they have some badass employees Toya and Savana are of the chain they hella cool and help full plus they know how to hold a conversation and make the experience feel human rather then just staring at each other thanks ladies appreciate yall.

Opens late closes early, so they make their own hours up, line is ALWAYS long with one MAYBE 2 cashier's, go to any pawn shop but this one

The worst pawn shop you can go to, over stocked on items with price's way too high on them, old items such as five year old Xbox 1 games at a high price of $15 each. Other pawn shops sell at $5 to and games that are pretty new $10,50th slide empire is ten times better. Employee's are very unhelpful.

I have dealt with these people before and they are all very rude and they do not care about their customers. I called tonight and who ever it was that I talked to put me on hold forever and she was rude from the moment she started talking and I was trying to be kind.

Horrible service the lady in the front was very rude and very unprofessional never said anything when we walked in the door! Won’t be coming back to this store!

I worked at a pawn shop so I do understand how the pawn works however these people make false claims against your product to lower the cost and the manager who is a older Hispanic lady with glasses who is a little bit on the Hefty side she would not get me her name and she's by far the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life.

Came in to sell guitar and headphones, but the lady at the front desk shut me down the second I got in. Apparently they can't appraise on their own, which you would think a pawn shop would be able to do. Better off going to Cash America across the street, better selection, better staff, and they can look at your stuff without needing a system to tell them what to do.

Most definitely the nicest group of people working here.they give you a fair amount of attention (if they're not packed and busy, which it can be) but acknowledge you which is always a plus.they're fair on their deals and seem (for the most part) honest with you.by far one of the best places, other than Cash America to pawn/sell items

I purchased a mower from here. When I got home I got injured. Not through them though. When I healed enough to use the machine, the motor shot all the fuel out the side of the engine. Then the bolts fell out out of the top of the motor. The crank fell apart so it wouldn't turn over for only 3 minutes. The blade looked like it was chewed up bt concrete.
When I tried to return it back, they wouldn't even try to listen to my complaints. Then they wouldn't return my money back! Instead I could only get "in-store credit".
Now the real tragedy is that the very next day I returned to this store to find that they had returned the mower back to the sales floor with a high price than I bought it for! They never even tried to repair the damage! ! When I mentioned it to them, they just dismissed me like they didn't care! Now I have " in-store credit to a place that sells crappie merchandise that they know is garbage to understand suspecting people! Never shop here under any circumstances! ! I didn't even want to give even 1 star here!
