The store manager Celia Valenzuela has been absolutely amazing. I was in tears thinking i lost my necklace and ring and she was a huge blessing doing everything she could to make sure I was able to keep them.

Not bad place to shop for guitars. But stay away from westcounty store verry rude girl in there i think she just cost ezpawn 2 to 3 hundred dollars a month in business. Every time she waits on me she is beyond rude. I wont go back.

just took 2 diamond rings up here and my wife literally works at kay jewelers in the mcm.
She tried to tell us a diamond was broken which is virtually impossible.
Then offered 135 f9r 700$ worth of rings.
Needless to say we went somewhere else

Worst experience at a pawn shop ever. I had 2 guns pawned here, went in to get one gun out and extended a month on the other gun. When the day came up to pay it again I went in to make another payment and they tell me I never made a payment to extend the first time. Good thing I kept my receipt from when I did make the payment because they didn’t believe me come to find out when I made my payment it wasn’t on my gun it was for someone else’s gun. First Lady told me my gun was still in the building when I go back the next day Manager tells me the gun had already been sold, later on that day she calls me and tells me someone has it on layaway, that I need to buy the gun back from them which I said was fine because I just wanted my gun back then when I go pick it up they ended up selling my case that I had for my gun and had to choose from one of the little cheap bags that they had laying around because there was nothing they could do about it. Worst place to go to, never again will I go here!
