Ashley and Trish are amazing and always so helpful and the funniest personalities love seeing them

As long as Lola is running this place this will be my go to shop. On top of her being very nice and helpful, the rest if the staff is also very polite and helpful. She sure does know how to treat customers and I'll go put of my way for great customer service. 5 stars

I've been using EZ Pawn for 25 years, all throughout texas. This is by far the best customer experience, inventory selection and pawn experience I've ever had. Thank you very much!

Came in with a $300 item and they offer me $65 and claim they sell their stuff for half of what they cost new. Judging by the things I've seen on the shelves though I know that's a lie.

They don’t ever answer the phone you like have to stay on the phone to get them to answer no stop then they answer. I tried on my lunch break for a whole hour and no answer at all. Then every time I go in there there always playing around and really nothing. I miss when they had the old people there Maddie and Marcela they were great I loved going there and buying a few things when I was in the area. Management need to do better.

People are very nice & the store is just as clean. They have 4 moth layaway if you need it.

Personnel and management was very friendly and very professional.came in to get a loan on my laptop I was taken care of in just a matter of minutes, the line was not that long and I got the money for my loan in no time, I am a very happy person with the service here.and I want to say thank you for EZ PAWN being available for me in my time of need, my customer service person was a gentleman by the name of Momo and the manager’s name was Marcia and I would highly recommend them in this location to my friends and family.

This is the worst ez pawn I've been too for one the store just looks dirty not only that they don't have nothing really in there to sale as far as customer service they suck they couldn't help me they wouldn't except what I had needed to pawn understandable but it's crazy cause Ive pawned it multiple times at other ez pawns no wonder they don't getuch buisness

I was told for weeks that they could gift wrap my daughters present I put on layaway. The day I came to pay it off and retrieve the gift, the tall guy who was up there blew my question off and then when I asked him for the second time, he said no they didn't do that. He was super dismissive and unnecessarily rude.

Justin and stefan were both very helpful and knowledgeable. This is by far the best Ezpawn store in conroe. They have great deals on xbox controllers and other misc things. I highly recommend this location.

Came in looking for handguns unfortunately they didn't sell them. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Connor was very knowledgeable in firearms and hopefully will be able to purchase from here in the future.
