The store clerk Brandy was very rude and unwelcoming. Then went ahead to demand I wear a face make. After walking in the heat to get my face mask from the car even if its not state law. She went ahead to refuse my item in a rude arrogant manner. Horrible customer service and distasteful manners in such a difficult time we're in.

If I could give NO stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE TO PURCHASE ELECTRONICS! Yeah you have 24 hours or however long to return an item BUT pawn shops SHOULD NOT be selling items to people KNOWING the item is BROKEN! THEY DO NOT CARE

This store rips off customers and has unethical practices. I went here and wanted to purchase a guitar, I asked if item had case and they said they could check on it. I asked if they would take a certain amount (less then 10% discount from dated tag) and they said yes. They came back with a case and said they if I paid more money I could have this matching case. So they had sold someone a guitar that this case was supposed to go with, but they didn't give them the case, lessening their value. And now they have this item in inventory which doesn't go to any item. Instead of providing a service to me a customer making a purchase they are charging me more for an item technically they have taken from someone else.

I brought this up and they made the comment, "this is the last time I look for a case for someone. " So they did not even listen to me. Charged me extra, didn't give someone a case they should of, and then just make snide remarks about it. It's all not ethical. Did not like visiting this store with their crooked policies.

Horrible service.i walked 2 miles to get here in the blazing heat hoping to get somethin for this louis vuitton wallet i have that i paid $3300 for out of the louis store and the man at the counter antwone didnt even look at it he just grabbed it and gave it back and told me it was fake.id give 0 stars if i could.horrible horrible service.

I love ezpawn. When you're in a tight they take just about anything as long as it's in good shape and I have purchase things from there as well. I have bought several things from there and no problems television, tablets purses.

You can get store credit for misrepresentations. The manager may be impatient sometimes but in all its agreat good place to trade.

Bought a chipping hammer, they wouldn't let me test it.said it was guaranteed to work I tried to use it a day later and it doesn't work it's burned out. I got back with them, they told me since I didn't buy the warranty I couldn't return it and this is two days after I bought it.horrible place.people are rude.selling broken tools.took the chipping hammer to get it fixed. 270.00

The staff is awesokme and very helpful with attending to your wants and needs. They never turn away a customer and always have great deals. If had to choose a pawnshop it would and will defiantly be Ez Pawn on royal lane.

Went the other day for the first time.ladies are soooo nice. I was selling stuff and yes there is a wait, but the wait is soooo much better than at the DMV. This is going to be my go to pawn shop. Very nice and clean.

Although I don't patronize or shop at Pawn Shops, I have relatives that have been managers at Pawn Shops for years. So I am very familiar with Pawn Shops because I visit them at the shops all the time. They will give you a little for a very valuable item but that is what a Pawn Shop is all about. That is how they make their money. The customer service is very nice though. Very nice and friendly.

NEVER disappointing with ANY of their staff and service. Hands down the best around. They do work with you, especially returning customers. Very fair, which is more than what most can offer. Been at this location for 2 years now.

This staff is awesome. Stacy the manager is on top of her game. They give u the most money compared to other shops.and it CLEAN! Which is a huge plus.

CHRISTINA IS REALLY NICE THE SPANISH LADY, SHE GAVE ME 40 FOR MY COLLECTIBLE COINS, LAST TIME THEY GAVE ME 30, BUT WHEN SHE IS THERE SHE WILL WORK WITH YOU ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE A RETURNING CUSTOMER, TELL HER I SAID HELLO WHEN YOU READ MY REVIEW.

They have a good selection. Maybe a little over priced and the loans they give usually are a little low but they do work with you on all sorts of merchandise. They hardly answer the phone too.

I have pawned and bought from this ezpawn several time and I am very pleased with their service and pricing:)

Christina needs to worry about selling and attending customers more than trying to find a married man to mess with. She is not professional. Needs to go to work and really work not go look for a man.
