This place is the only place that I love to ship from on the southwest side. The service is really professional and helpful. I have needed boxes and help with taping up boxes the man working inside helps me. He has a friendly attitude and gets me a good price sending stuff off. I definitely suggest using this location over other because of the privacy and there wasn't a long line all the times I have gone inside. They offer FedEx and DHL services. The inside of the location is clean and smells fresh. If you need something shipped this is a great spot. My pictures weren't the best because my phone isn't all that but the customer service sure was so that's why I had to take a picture. That's the guy who is helpful and his face was from concentration on fixing my box. He was determined to get the stuff to fit so I could afford to send it. I told him I was on a budget and he made it happen for a family members child for the holidays. That is someone who is trying to help us save money! I appreciate that so much and that's a big reason I will always go back here to do business. Some places will give you a big box to charge you more or not give you a box. He offers boxes some are free and he taped it up for free. No place is doing that anymore. They are usually very rude on the Northside but here at this location he was so nice about it. Things like that do make a big difference when times are so tough saving anything is so helpful.

I have been to the location for a while now, the guys are always very helpful and try to find the best option for international shipments and domestic as well.
Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!

They always put a but when it comes to sending where you want to send it, they tell you that there are no offices.

Besides, they charge very expensive if it is an emergency.
And they give track numbers that are not

You have to go or call to order them

They don't open at 9am. They open whenever the guy wakes up. They don't warrantee packages leaving the same day due to pick up drivers finding the door locked.

"I had an absolutely terrible experience with this DHL. I visited their office to drop off a shipment that I had already paid for online. However, the staff there made my experience a living nightmare because they could not charge me any premium. They refused to accept my shipment, even though I had followed all of the requirements and filled out the forms correctly. They seemed more interested in trying to make an extra buck than providing any semblance of good customer service.

The staff member at the counter made every excuse possible to avoid accepting my shipment, trying to claim that I had selected the wrong type or filled out the forms incorrectly. I had to argue with them for what felt like an eternity before they reluctantly agreed to take my shipment. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Guess what, My shipment was delivered smoothly!

Overall, I would not recommend DHL to anyone based on this experience. Their customer service was abysmal, and I left feeling frustrated and angry. If you're looking for a reliable courier service, I suggest looking elsewhere. "

Edit: EZSHIP respond to every negative review by saying it didn't happen. Well, I kept the receipt. Who's liar now?

Had a package shipped from China by one of my suppliers it was sent to EZShip as a FedEx drop point (since they seem to contract as delivery partners for FedEx) when it got to the states. Package was earmarked for FedEx. Instead of going to FedEx, EZShip put a FAKE barcoded unpaid postage label on the box and gave it to USPS. The package was held at the post office and a door tag was left for the client citing "Fake Postage" and the post office was demanding money from my client to pickup what they had already paid for from me. After speaking with the branch manager we were able to ascertain that the package they re-labeled as the one from my factory was another item entirely. The branch manager told me they have received TONS of unpaid for postage items from EZShip. EZShip is duplicating or printing barcode postage for USPS without paying for it. My factory and myself are both peeved because this caused missed deadlines on securing the order because the client didn't get the actual sample of the product. **EDIT** Despite EZShips response WE HAVE NOT confused them with another service. Hence the photo showing fake postage.
