Coaches were good, but owners treat members with no respect and employ shady business practices.

Great experience with this gym! All of the trainers are really good at what they do and keep everyone motivated throughout the class. The cardio days are particularly tough. Would recommend to anyone.

F45 is truly a great workout! I love the fact that you workout with other members as a team. It keeps the workouts fun and keeps you motivated! All of the coaches are fantastic and the workouts are designed very well. A great way to build endurance and stay fit!
