F45 Training Laredo Delmar

If you’re not white or come from money good luck. It looks like they only want those type of clients. You can get better prices and better quality at a CrossFit gym. Tried to get information with a trainer and that trainer never even wanted to provide me more information

The gym is super clean, everything is new, excellent equipment and remarkable results in just a few classes.

It’s a great experience and you should definitely try it out! Every class is set up differently so that makes every workout of the day exciting. The facility is super clean, the staff are super friendly and the equipment is of the state of the art. You should give it a try since this is the best place to challenge yourself in your physical training and achieve new goals.

I been to many F45s around the us and internationally. I am giving this rating not for actual place, but for the specific class I took today, Abacus with Brodie Fredriksen (Sub). This trainer was super rude, didn’t even introduced me to the group, did not do a demonstration, he told us to look at the screen if you wanted to see a demo, he did not assign stations, he was practically on his phone walking around the studio for the first half of the class the other half he was taking to the receptionist. I asked the receptionist if I could leave feedback for the couch and she said they didn’t have a system in place. So here is the feedback, hopefully the owner can address these issues. Thank you!

Great customer service. Gym is very clean, and everyone is super motivating. Great team environment and the trainers are very qualified.
