HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I am furious with this company. I visited this gym one time and had a bad experience (bad trainer who was just busy on his phone). Unbeknownst to me, he didn't charge me a drop-in fee; he charged me a membership. The gym has been charging me $40 every two weeks for five months and I just noticed it. This is just criminal.

UPDATED: Finally got a hold of the owner of the studio. Rather than simply resolving the issue with an upset customer, he wanted to just fight with me on the phone. I am absoluately stunned that the owner of a service-based business just wants to fight with a customer. His biggest beef was that I wrote that I had visited the gym one time, when, in fact, he has records that I visited three times. My error. It was six months ago. And each time, I paid a drop in fee.

Congratulations on your revenue, sir. I'm going to simply dispute this with my credit card company. You have only proven why nobody should visit your gym. I am in shock.

Excellent way of getting ready for summer. Series of timed lifts that workout the entire body. Great way to add some cardio to your strength training

Guy in charge doesn’t train you, he coaches you in a condescending way. Very rude. Three different experiences where he would laugh because I did something wrong, and would almost get mad at you for it.

Also, if you have an injury and can’t show up, they still will charge you and only credit your account until you return. Nickel and diming you.

Moved to Dallas a few months ago and this was right across the street from my new apartment. It is in a great location and has gotten me in the best shape I’ve been in in a long time. The classes give you a great full body workout

Gotta be honest. I travel a lot for work and F45 is usually my go-to when I’m traveling. This particular location is just dumb. Some trainers are very nice. Others are just ridiculous. No idea what they’re doing. Too busy chatting with their friends to pay attention to the business. No idea how to run the POS. It’s just a jungle.

Great trainer and super friendly classmates! I was paired with a regular attendee and she was a great buddy as I completed my workout. Brandon the trainer was attentive, welcoming, and helpful with correcting my form when needed! Anyone looking to add weights to their workouts should try it!

Best workout ever! Super quick 45 minutes in an out and you leave feeling really accomplished! Highly recommend checking it out!

I'm about a month into training at F45. I've always been someone who dreaded the idea of working out. I love playing sports (football, soccer, golf) but, lifting weights and cardio always seemed so boring and were never my cup of tea.

F45 just feels different; I can come in, grind out a 45 minute workout and feel great. There's a comradery aspect to their team training approach that feels very different than lone-wolfing it at a gym.

I never thought I'd be someone that looks forward to working out but, F45 has given me a new perspective on training.
