Super disappointed in how my nails have turned out. I went 5 days ago & I told the guy how I wanted my nails (color & shape) and when he was done, there was bubbles coming out of my nails. I requested them to fix and he just put another layer of polish and said their were done. I payed $85 and 2 nails are cracking and other 2 nails have broken off. Loved the place but not going back.

Come see Tim asap! He did an amazing freestyle on my nails! Will definitely be back in 2 weeks!

I made an appt 5 days in advance. Arrived today and there were no other customers in at that time. I was rushed to pick a color even though I had stated I was waiting for someone to park and meet me. The team rushed me to pick and color and start my service even though nobody was waiting. The service took over an hour for NextGen. And the technician didn’t even do the powder to the edge of my natural nail. Additionally, I had asked for my cuticles to be trimmed and that was not done. Not only that, it was over $160 for two manicures and not even quality ones at that. Will not be returning.

My daughter and I went here to get our nails done for Halloween. When we walked in we waited and eventually someone walked over and seemed annoyed that we were there. After asking for acrylics for me and dipped for my daughter the man scoffed and said “acrylics? ! ” And rolled his eyes. I brushed this off thinking that he was joking around. He was not. When I laughed and explained that I have really short natural nails so I need acrylics so they last, he once again sighed and walked away. My daughter and I went over to pick out colors because I assumed he was going to do the nails. However another man ended up walking over ten minutes later and asked how he could help us. We again explained what we wanted. He laughed and said no one there knows how to do designs. Then two other people started to laugh. We ended up just picking a solid color. Then when we sat down he began to do dipped nails. I told him about the acrylics and he got frustrated and said I’d have to wait for 2 TWO hours for someone else to do them. Trying to save what was left of our trip there I got dipped nails but even while he was putting the tips on they kept popping off and he said the dip will make them stay on. Needless to say ALL of my nails on my right hand have popped off and they all look like trash. They’re not the same length and the shape is not smooth. Just the whole experience was bad.

Love the staff they do exactly what you ask for! Normally I show a picture to show them how I want my nails to be and it be even better! My favorite is Tim, Laura, Cindy, and Lyn! The best part is the different pedicures and foot massages!

The service is so amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Never have a complaint for FAB nail. Tim and Tom as well as Lynn are absolutely great!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Save your time and money! Go somewhere, ANYWHERE else! I went in for a pedicure and gel polish change on my natural nails. Simple right? Wrong… Tim, who was only there for the gel color change was extremely unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL. I have never met a more trashy and uneducated person. He was rushing so he refused to remove lint under the (still wet) polish when I asked him to. (An easy & quick fix since it hadn’t been set with the lamp yet.) He started being rude about it so I requested for him to just remove the gel and I would go without it. He got mad & said he would NOT, that I would have to do it at home, and then proceeded to yell and INSULT my physical appearance. What surprised me the most is the management allowed It to happen without saying anything to him at all. Apparently they couldn’t tell him anything because he “is an independent contractor” they only waited for him to walk away, apologized and said they would send someone else to finish. The only reason I didn’t get up and leave was because I felt bad for the person doing my pedicure. But if I knew it would be TRASH on top of them attempting to add extra charges to my tab at the end I definitely would have. So now, on top of a horrible experience and wasting my time/money, I have to go to another salon to get it fixed. Needless to say I won’t be going back EVER again.

EDIT: The manager’s response shows they are STILL not accepting full responsibility. If you saw the videos im sure you heard me stating what I wanted at the door. I knew exactly what I wanted and expressed that as soon as I walked in. Tim had an attitude from the beginning because he couldn’t find the color I asked for. Once he finally did, he refused to do the work correctly so I asked for him to remove it and I would do without because I wasn’t going to pay for something I wasn’t happy with. No one would be.who wants lumpy nail polish?

First time here and Emily did amazing! I accidentally messed up my nails while washing them and she made sure to fix them without me asking! And she was fast! Loved her and her work definitely recommend this place

Eally recommend that you come to FAB nail bar they really caring they're open late and Kimmy is amazing so please make sure that you asked for Kimmy.

Bonus is that Kimmy works evenings so she will be here Monday evening Wednesday through Sunday evening. They close about midnight but he definitely want to reach out to early. She'll be here after you leave work and they're drinks are far better than any restaurant that you go to new here.

Came here at 8pm on a Monday night. I felt very welcomed coming in. Kimmy and Henry had amazing service. She got the pink on my French tips just right. Henry was detailed, gentle and quick! 10/10 100% recommend!

Worst experience ever. I came in for a pedicure, soak off & new set. For some reason they have 5 people on pedicures and 1 person on manicures. My pedicure took about 2 hours and after the soak off, I still have acrylics on my nails. Please save time & money by going somewhere else. Their service is absolutely trash and not worth it

EDIT: My nails were in an awful condition by the end of having this set. One of my nails got infected and the natural nail has to grow back. Was told by Ann at Deluxe Nail Salon Hulen St in Fort Worth, TX that Tim didn't bond my nails well and they were lifting. Need a new set next time for the second time in new months.

Appearance is the only thing Tim did right! He did a great job at making my nails match the provided photo inspiration; color matched perfectly ans just like the inspiration except shape (my choice).

Kimmy was very sweet and kind. The male who did my pedicure was as well. I found this shop because I needed after normal hours service and I’m glad I found them. I’m very pleased with their work and awesome customer service. Thank you! I’d definitely recommend them.
