Wow - may be the worst customer service in Rock Rose. Stood in checkout for over 10 minutes without acknowledgement while THREE associates socialized. Even after I asked to be checked out, they had me wait another 5 minutes before I dropped my stuff on the counter and walked out. No wonder this place is going out of business.

After reading more reviews, it's evident that this company employs an extremely shady marketing strategy, showing no regard for our time. They attempt to test your patience, making it challenging for you to persevere and instead opt to let them retain your money through their deceptive marketing tactics.

It's important to note that the individuals at the store are great, and the issues aren't their fault. Nevertheless, this was the worst experience, consuming an unnecessarily lengthy period of my time.

I purchased three items for my son, which I adore. However, I inadvertently enrolled in their VIP membership, resulting in an unexpected charge of $49.95. Despite numerous calls to cancel and request a refund, nearly a month passed without any resolution. Upon contacting them again, I was informed that the cancellation was never processed. Although I eventually received a refund the following day, a month later, I faced another charge. Despite the representative's attempts to persuade me to continue with the membership, I am now frustrated and have decided not to make any future purchases from them. This experience has left me distrustful; it appears to be a rather dubious business practice. Future buyers, be cautious!

Jonathan is really nice and helpful. He helps me pick the right size for my clothes. I would recommend your come to this place.

Horribly trained employees. Took her 20 minutes to find a pair of shorts. Went to the back several times, tried to order it online, went to the back again…finally got the shorts and their checkout process took another 20 minutes, and the girl didn’t know how to do it and was waiting for a manager. 40 minutes later for one pair of shorts, ended up leaving empty handed. Will not be back and cancelling membership.

I visited Austin last week from LA, and this location is the second one I’ve been to (the other one is in LA). I usually do all my shopping online because I don’t enjoy shopping in-store, but I’m glad I went inside. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and inviting. I immediately felt welcomed as I walked through the door. I got a couple things for myself and a few items for the people I went with. Though I was the only member in my group, the staff treated all of us like we were members. Shoutout to Chayse and the entire Austin team who I interacted with.

Because I ran out of data or there was a connection issue when canceling instead of skipping a month, my dispute with my card was overturned. I hadn't bought anything in over a year. RIP off. I basically paid full price for a pair of yoga pants because of an I. T.glitch.

Let me first start with the negative, absolutely nothing! I had such wonderful experience from my visit that it actually made my day! Courtney went above & beyond & even beyond that. I first walked into the store on my way to get groceries so I was not particularly looking for a "haul" but Courtney warmly greeted me & introduced herself. She took the time to go over the layout of their (beautiful + clean) store as well as the details of their membership & all the benefits. I picked a few styles to try on and she even brought me pieces once she started to see the fabrics & fits I liked. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and she managed to check on me consistently while I was trying on the many pieces in the fitting room. Let me just say, the entire team looked happy & engaging which made the energy in the store feel so alive and positive! It was a very organic shopping experience and am so excited to go back again. Definitely not worth all the hype, I just got a sweater and the stitch is coming off and it hasn’t even been 24hrs since I wear it, the prices are too expensive for the material the clothing is made from

They're always really helpful. When things go wrong, I always trust that they'll correct the error quickly and easily.
