While searching to buy the Tempurpedic mattress, I stop by to the factory mattress store and talked to Andre. Immediately I could feel very comfortable with the warmth welcome and detail product briefing from Andre.

I had a great experience buying a great mattress from Matress Factory. I got the best mattress there is because nothing is more important that getting a Great nights sleep, and that is what my new mattress will do.
Extra credit needs to go to Allan, he was kind, smart, and he knows his product and he left no stone unturned to make sure I got what i was looking for and i could not be more pleased with getting the right mattress.

Allan was very helpful and did not try any pressure sales tactics. He allowed us to take our time and make a decision that was best for situation. He provided all information that was needed and we settled on a nice queen size bed for my son.

He ask what kind of mattress I had in mind and after a brief discussion, he took me to the computer which you lay on and then tells you the best mattress for you. To my surprise, it was quite accurate. From there on, it was a matter of making my decision. Andre was very knowledgeable and personable. And patient. A new experience for me upgrading my existing mattress.

Great selection of mattresses. We went there in a rush needing a Queen mattress and box. Allan was great in explaining all the choices and went the extra mile to get us the best possible price and fastest delivery day. He was very detailed and professional. We were informed at all times about the progress of our delivery and it was a very personalized experience unlike other stores that we visited.
