Availability was nice for a walk-in on a Wednesday afternoon. Amazing cut from KJ. Had a good laugh, a good talk, and the atmosphere was relax. Definitely coming here again.

The air conditioner was out the day I went in with my son. The hair cutting son got was okay but not worth returning.

My first experience with Faded Glory left me extremely impressed. The barbers welcomed me with the utmost respect and professionalism. The shop is extremely clean and airy. My barber Kevin Johnson cut my hair using a pre-Covid picture and he nailed it. Kevin is very meticulous and takes pride in his work. My longtime barber is located in the Texas Medical Center however, I am now committed to Faded Glory and their impeccable staff. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service. KJ has a gentle touch that produces miracles. Who knew I could look so good. The atmosphere was clean and calm. Kevin Johnson is the man! This is absolutely the most thorough and professional haircut that I've ever had. He made sure I was comfortable and 100% satisfied before leaving. A+ sir! I will definitely be back.

Worst haircut and beard trim I've ever had. I thought it would be good because the guy before me looked great. The guy was super nice but I thought it was weird that he never pointed me to the mirror. I was so shocked by my hair when I saw it I just told the guy it was good and left. I didn't even notice how bad it really was till I got home. I had to shave my hair and beard all the way off because it was not salvageable. Plus he made me bleed. I paid $55 for the worst haircut and beard trim and for someone to cause me to bleed.

They advertise hot towels and strait razor shaves and I wasn't offered or given either.

To add insult to injury the owner sat at his desk while I waited 45 minutes for someone else to get their hair cut by someone else I guess because I did not schedule an appointment specifically with him.

After all this I admit I did tip him but only because it took 2 hours to do it and I feel like I tipped for the good conversation not the job performance.

Kevin (KJ) is an artist, a fantastic barber and gave me my cut exactly how I described I wanted it. Perfect fade, great conversation and well run business overall. Would definitely recommend over any other barber I’ve been to in Houston!

Absolutely horrible customer service will never be going here again! Would rather have their customers come in sick than cancel an appointment. So be aware that they might have sick customers coming in.

So I have been looking for a new barber for awhile now that I moved to the area. Walked in and was greeted immediately, sat down and had a great experience with Kevin. He took his time which was nice because he got everything where it needed to be. They have a new regular, thanks guys!
