After a tree fell on my garage Fair Claims Roofing worked with me and the insurance company to clear n up the mess, repair the brick wall that was damaged and replace the roof. They did a first class job, and were able to reuse the bricks in the wall so you cannot tell that 40% of the was was repaired. The roof looks great, the garage wall looks great, and they did a fantastic clean-up before they left. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I chose FairClaims after a referral from a neighbor. I had my roof replaced in August after battling my insurance company for 14 months over a hail claim. After my claim was denied, they guided me through the process and sent me through the proper channels to fight my insurance company. They did a good job and used high quality materials. Beware of upselling. I was talked into "Z-ridge" for the ridge cap shingles. I'm not crazy about how it looks. It's almost too fancy for my style of house. They provide a detailed, itemized estimate with several options and upgrades. The "Z-ridge" is one of these upgrades. I suggest researching each piece of material so you can see exactly what it looks like beforehand. If I would have taken the time to do this, I probably wouldn't have chosen a different ridge cap. Other than that, this is a professional company that takes pride in their work. The installers arrive early and take precautions not to damage your home during the process. If I ever need a roofing contractor in the future, I'll use FairClaims again.
