Dr. Harris is so kind and so helpful. My dog had test and she called me back the next day and told me what was wrong. The nurses all seen so caring. Jennifer the receptionist was very kind and helpful. I would recommend Fairfield to anyone. Very nice

I chose good value But how do you place a value on something that is invaluable-our family members with 4paws? They have always treated us and them with concern in dealing with issues and shared their knowledge of care. We would be happy to continue to refer friends and family!

Incredibly rude and dishonest staff members. We were referred here because a friend knows a relative of the main doctor. We’re new to the area so we decided to give them a try. During the grooming intake and process we asked them 3 times not to do something. Even spoke directly to the groomer. She sent us photos and we could tell it was bad, but we were polite. My spouse rushed to pick up our 9 month old pup right away. Once my pup arrived home I was so shocked to see how terrible it was. My spouse had already warned me, but I could not believe it. We called to dispute it and at least get an apology from someone. The groomer and receptionist tried to lie about what was told to them despite us having text messages showing otherwise. They said they had spoken to the owner and there was nothing they could do to make it right, but had a “fix the haircut” policy. There is barely hair left on our maltipoo, despite telling the groomer over the phone twice not to give her a summer cut (she kept recommending summer cut) because it is too cool and the pup is still a baby. Mind you we sent them a photo of the cut. Same photo we’ve been using with our old groomer at our previous address.

The staff refused to let us speak to someone in charge. No apology. Nothing. Throughout the whole process there was so much disorganization and miscommunication. They even thought my dog had a medical appointment after being groomed and I had to call right away to let them know my dog did not need any medical services. It was not a pleasant experience. I’m relieved we only took her there for grooming and not for medical services. I hope they reconsider their customer service and grooming skills in the future.

I left this Vet after being a long time client. Smarmy receptionist more focused on being right than being helpful. Dr, Hicks et.al.can do better.

Absolutely love this new animal hospital! Our first visit was amazing from front desk to checkout. Having a super close doctor is a bigger plus

We had to bring in our sweet Sadie to have her put to sleep. Everyone was very nice and walked us through the entire process. We decided on a home burial and they made sure she was placed in a small casket so we could take her home.

Really cared for my old guy he's healthy. He's old but did what I wanted and no more. They let him get settled before they seen my fella 16 test old Bichon.

Everybody was super nice from the time I walked in the door and throughout my entire visit. They were able to answer all my questions and just loved like Oakley. They truly are animal lovers!

We have been looking for a good veterinarian in Cypress for a long time and we finally found them, theses people are great and very helpful, I am so happy we found them, we will be using them from now on, I highly recommend them.

I am grateful for Fairfield Animal Hospital! My pup Manny who is 10 yrs old was severely sick and to be honest i didn't know if my pup was going to come home. I was so emotional but they were just as concerned as me. I didn't feel like my pup was just an animal to them. They treated him like family. Because of them my fur baby is alive and well running around like he is a little puppy. They called everyday to check on him! I promise after that experience my fur babies will never go anywhere else but to Fairfield Animal Hospital. Thank you doctor Hicks and Fairfield team you have gained a family for life. There is not enough stars on this review. You deserve so much more!

They take such good care of my corgis! There’s never a long wait, the office and exam rooms are always very clean, and they care just as much about your dog’s mental/emotional well-being as they do their physical well-being. They do all they can to make the visit as unstressful as possible for my dogs.

My sweet Duchess had a few bad teeth. No worries, Fairfield Animal Hospital cared for her and now she has no more pain or infections! Thank you!
