Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Corpus Christi

Hello. My name is Evelyn and i am a SURVIVOR of Fairfield Inn &Suites. My room first of all almost knocked me out with the vile and gruesome smell of fish. It was so fishy i might as well have been eating at Long John Silvers. The light in my bathroom wouldn’t even turn on. I almost slipped in the shower because I was in the dark. The only light i had was my cellphone flashlight. I asked for a new room and the lady at the front took forever. I went and packed all my stuff and she STILL wasn’t done. The breakfast was very yummy i loved the sausage! They also don’t take cash so if you want to go and get a late night snack but only have cash, good luck buddy bc you ain’t gonna get any. 5/10 stay because the ice was good.

For what it is its ok the picture’s definitely decieve you and make you believe its a 4-5star hotel but it’s definitely a 2-3 star yes the staff was friendly but its area is bad and the door was messed up couldnt lock and our room smelled really odd. Overall picture lighting is everything and can make things look better than they actually are

Nice clean rooms, fair and good breakfast, spacious bathrooms, nice size fitness rooms……and…. Clean, pleasant stairwells. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

Very clean, good breakfast & variety to choose from. Aisles were clean & front desk attendants friendly & helpful.

Clean rooms comfortable beds, no bugs noticed, nice staff, breakfast and overall good hotel.

Lifetime gold member. This is the worst hotel. The staff is rude. The hotel is not clean. The staff is prejudicial to a minority in party. The front desk wouldn't let me daughter charge waters to the room and when they paid cash. She handed the money to to the other staff member and said here's the money I owe you. When I complained to the manager Tiffany. She told me it would be handled. With a refund and points. She closed the case and nothing was submitted just a closed case. The stay was deleted from the account. Luckily I kept the receipt. Stay here at your own risk.

I've stayed here several times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym had enough equipment to get a great workout in. Pool looked cool, but we never made it over there. The place is small, doesn't allow pets and u can hear people in the hallway so I might recommend one of the places next door if same price which they usually are comparable. They do place a hold on your card which is something like the same amount as your stay plus 20$ a night, so it's a little on the upper side.

So the wife and I stayed here all week. We had a great stay. Clean room. Nice an cold AC. But the best part is the staff. Very nice an courteous. Simone and Pam, are the best we asked for things to do an eat in town they gave us an handful of places. An greeted us every morning an gave us more ideas to go. They made our vacation way better.

Currently hotel on puts 2 pillows on the beds.
No floor mats fir getting out of the shower,
2 bath towels for a double bed room.
1 wash cloth
1 hand towel
The shower curtin had previous guest booger on it.
Room just felt uncomfortable
Hated to ask front desk for everything

NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE.
I asked housekeeper if i could gets towels her response was on NO I HAVE TO FINISH MY ROOMS FIRST CAUSE I DONT HAVE MANY TOWELS. Being a executive housekeeper for over 20 years NO is NEVER a response you give to a guest.
Although she did come to room rather quickly she never should if told me no.
I understand everyone has some how been effected by the times we live in but dang people are still traveling hotel's are still making money so come on get proper supplies on property and pay your staff well so you be be comfortable knowing your hotel is cared for.

Dirty pillow.no towels.no tissues.undriendly housekeeper. Rezeption was great and helpful.breakfast Service was very nice and did all we fehlt good.

I have stayed there before without complaint. I had reservations for a King Suite yesterday but was told with a smile upon arrival that they didnt have one available. So I got a room with 2 double beds-which was just about the opposite of what I reserved. Also this time they had no soap or shampoo of any kind and made no attempts to get any to provide to the guests. Pretty surprising for a Marriot owned hotel.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was perfect. I will be back next time I am in town.

Drier go guest laundry does not dry well. Bathroom door does not stay put, it swings back on it's own. Long wait times on clean towels. Pool is down was told it's been down since last year.

Very clean! Nice staff. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Corpus Christi (and I’ve stayed a LOT, I travel here for work). I will definitely be back.

The hotel is staffed with pleasant employees. The facility could use some updating. There is Carpet through out the corridors and in the rooms. Naturally, carpet gets a stinch and there is an odar. However, the employees makevitca great experience. It's not a bad place to stay when your in a bind for a nights rest.

Rating low due to the roll out bed that was delivered to our room. The mattress was disgusting and I wish I had taken a picture of it to justify. It had a big brown stain/soiled looking spot and clearly should have never continued to be in service. Mattress cover for it was stained with yellow spots. Whether washed or not, should have been taken out of service as well. Room and everything else was great. Just need to use better judgment on the quality of providing rollout beds.

The room wasn’t clean. Pillow cases had drool stains, dirt in the bed, crusty film in tub. Hot and muggy in the room. Mattress was really old and sagged in the middle. But the staff was super nice.

They put $600 of charges on the card I gave them for incidentals, and told me I had to wait 5 business days to get it back. That’s it. Just…Sorry!

Amazing hotel for the price! It is clean, has cable, and serves a wonderful breakfast each morning. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming as well! Would definitely recommend!
