Great experience. Long Family trip of 5 for a 9 days stay. Fantastic service and attention overall from front desk to breakfast team. My recommendations will be for housekeeping being more thorough on the days they clean and do something about low water pressure at any point of the day. Great new property, pretty clean common areas, pool looked great, same for Gym.

The stay here was perfect the first 2 nights, later i ask for room service to clean our room because that did happen after 4 days 5 nights (one day i even say we are going to sleep untill late so only towels is ok) But still after 4 days thet didnt happen I get the garbage outside the toom myself and I ask several times ask a lot of times.that was very frustrating then after 5 days they clean the room. But later the Wc get stuck didnt flush i (i even thought i will check out the next day

and may be ok) but was NOT i had to get all the suff out at for help and they told me that was no staff. Front desk gave me a thing so i can do it myself. Didnt work, and we finally change rooms late at night late and in the morning when i ask for a late check out they could give it to me The front desk manager or suoerviser refuse to see me or talk to me. When i ask for a late check out.

Because they say that they didnt have
staff i help myself looking for extra towels and ask the housekepers to put the trash away. But after i ask so many times
Was very frustrating soecially the last night withThat toilet issue That is no the way that you treat hotel guest i ONLY ask
For a late check out and after all this frustration.
Dear staff members for this Hotel you can validate this information by looking to your cameras and see how busy and time consumimg i was try to get the room clean and i even help doing it.
The toilet issue can hapoen but PLEASE HELP YOUR GUEST when the toilet is BLOCK! And i only ask for a late check out!
Get some emphaty with your guest!

Not a single complain, I have stayed here for business trips a couple of times, the breakfast bar is pretty good and the gym has everything you need to wear tour self out for a good night sleep.

Avoid the hotel. Stayed for 6 nights and starting on day 3 (and 2x every day thereafter) I inquired why they hadn’t cleaned the room, replaced the towels or sheets (or even made the bed) or took out the overflowing garbage or even refilled the empty toilet paper roll! Each day I asked for service and they said they were on it and each day I returned to nothing having been done. Spoke to the manager Louis Brees who was incredibly rude, argued with me and said that it’s Marriott’s global policy to only clean the room every 6 days (!). He claimed they “refreshed” it every 2 days but obviously his definition of a “refresh” does not include changing the towels, taking out the trash, replacing the spent toilet paper roll or even making the beds. Worst Marriott experience I’ve had in years. Hyatt here I come!

Our room has a leak behind the wall of the shower/tub. Water was leaking through under the carpet and carpet was saturated.
I voiced my concerns to person at front desk in the morning and they said they would make note of it. After returning from a full day of our plans, voice the concerns again and basically said there was nothing they could do because there was no management on the weekends. So what I would like to know is am I going to get a refund of some sort having to deal and stay in this crapshoot.
We were unable to locate because every baseball tournament in America is happening apparently in this area. Unfortunately now my family is falling sick because I can guarantee there is mold in this room. I’m sure someone has complained about it before but the problem has probably gone ignored and they still make this room available. A portion of the wall paper has peeled up and even has mold under it. Another disappointment was no fresh towels, toilet paper, or any maid service. I asked and got the whole COVID excuse, give me a break. Do better Marriott management. And don’t even bother to respond because we’ll take our money elsewhere in the future. Steer clear of this place for future guests.

My son and I arrived at the property only to be told that the pool was broken, we weren’t notified ahead of time or else we would have tried to find another property. There was a large, dead roach in the hallway outside of our room that stayed for 24 hours, completely passed by cleaning staff, only moved because I went to the front desk and said something. There were little ant-like bugs in my room, when my son requested extra towels, he was told by the cleaning staff that he could only have one because the hotel was out of towels. Lastly, my son’s bed had a large stain that looked like old blood on the comforter at the bottom. We got an apology, that’s it. This is not what I’ve come to expect from a Marriott property, I could have stayed in a lower quality hotel, saved money and had the same experience.

Booked a king room for me and my husband while on a long road trip. Upon check in they tell me they overbooked king rooms. It's midnight and we were exhausted from the road so we had to settle for a queen. We were not happy. They didn't even offer us a discount for the inconvenience.

The hotel is next to highway so it was little noisy. The location was good for our need. It will be nice once the road construction is complete

I really don’t like reporting businesses for poor services but I was left with no option. I checked in for 2 days, overpaid for the room and still not clean my room. When I demanded for my room to be cleaned, the lady at the front desk said, they changed their policy for the rooms to be cleaned every other day since Covid outbreak which I wasn’t informed initially and I tried calling the manager to express my dissatisfaction, nobody answered. Their breakfast sucked and horrible is like food prepared for dogs to eat. I am so disappointed and unhappy with their service.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend if your black. I booked a room for 2 nights here, and on my last day I get a knock at the door at 11am telling me I had to leave because I was smoking, I offered to bring them inside because I was confused he said no AND CLAIMED HE COULD SMELL IT AT THE DOOR I’m like sir what are you smelling mind u the whole time I was there coming n or out they would be looking like they never seen a black person n they life it was honestly disgusting luckily I was able to go to another hotel down the street and they let me check in early

This was our second time staying there.
This time we had a herd of elephants above us. I assume they weren't stomping on the floor on purpose but you could hear everything. You could hear the shower next door and also when they flushed the toilet.
They need to add some grips on the shower floor. My foot slid and hit the side of the shower and bruised it.
The free breakfast was good.
The staff is very kind and friendly.
The room we stayed in was very clean.

Breakfast no eggs no bread no warm food. For a family stay you want to have some warm good breakfast for kids to eat at the morning. They Didn't have it. Poor breakfast. Staff has nothing to do with your needs they are just there not to help. Some of them they don't even great you or return your good morning greeting. Hotel and Rooms are clean. I stayed for a week i asked for cleaning they said ok but they didn't come to clean even after I asked twice. Lighting is very poor at room. Too expensive to the service provided.
