Good clean rooms plenty of space and great staff. You can get breakfast here but there's no resterant in the evenings.

We have used this hotel multiple times for our overnight layovers. We originally chose this hotel for the 24hr airport shuttle, saving us time and money. However, our last visit was not as great as our previous ones regarding shuttle service and customer service. We called when we landed at the airport, which we've done every other time. The staff told us the shuttle just picked up some guests and would drop them off then come back for us. We said great. They then called back almost immediately and said it would be 45 minutes before the shuttle would come back because they were taking the guests to get food? So now it's an I er eats shuttle? They recommended we get an Uber/Lyft to the hotel.we were exhausted and it was after midnight so we did get an Uber. When we arrived at the hotel we saw the very shuttle they spoke of sitting in the drive. As we walked past it we overheard the staff of the hot giving the driver their Whataburger orders. So we had to spend our money on an Uber because the staff didn't want to spend their money on Uber eats. Great. The next morning I voiced my frustrations with a different front desk employee who couldn't care less.all in all that one experience tainted how highly I once spoke of the hotel. If Candy is at the front desk she will take care of you. Unfortunately she was not for this visit.

Nice hotel. Morning breakfast free and shuttle free. DFW Airport closest 6.1 miles distance. Businesses and vaccination travelers are happy to stay here.

Great experience! Andrea at the front desk was so amazing to me when I arrived and has been ever since my stay. The shuttle driver Lincoln has also gone above and beyond.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff is incredible. Andrea, Lincoln, Merna (I think that’s how you spell it) and Raymond! I have to shout out the service they provide. Rooms are clean, and the airport is super close I would stay here again.

Shuttle runs 24/7. Front staff actually answer phones. Shuttle drivers are punctual. Breakfast was better than most hotels in this range.

Neat little hotel right by the freeway and near the mall.
The service and the rooms were probably one of the greatest I have ever seen.
One cool thing about this hotel near Dallas is that it has internet TV where I can watch my favorite show.
Overall, an astounding hotel and clean, updated rooms for a good night sleep.

I am mostly dissatisfied by the smell of smoke in the room, I checked before I booked and said this room has smoke smell, they said yes we will fix that soon and this is not the room you will take, they gave me another one which also has smoke smell.

We had a flight cancellation at DFW and went on a whim to find a nearby hotel. From the first phone call, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to take advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle to and from the hotel which made everything a breeze. We were greeted right away and checked in quickly. Our room was the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in. We were so pleased with everything! It was a stressful situation at the airport and being able to come here made us relax for the night. Breakfast in the morning was also wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel! There are a lot of options in the airport area, but this one is top notch.

Very nice hotel conveniently located right off the highway and within minutes of Grapevine Mills. We were in Dallas to see the grand opening of Meow Wolf and it was very close. The rooms were modern and clean and they had the best tv of any hotel we've seen. It was huge and had access to all our streaming accounts, so we were able to stream off Amazon and Netflix, which was amazing.

Can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They accommodated my family in every way possible after a difficult flight cancellation late at night. Beds were comfortable, rooms felt new, and the breakfast was great.

Rather new, clean and well located hotel. Rooms are small, but for a short stay they are acceptable.

Went to a teaching conference. The staff was kind. The rooms were clean. They each had refrigerator and microwave! The shuttle service was phenomenal drivers were very kind! Oh and the complimentary breakfast was SOO good!

Excellent customer service, very clean, great location, so definitely I'll come back.

Check your statements! There was only supposed to be a hold placed on my account. I was billed! After calling the hotel 3 times, it still hasn't been resolved. I've been dealing with this since May 11th. Finally had to file a dispute with my bank. Folio #91810

Everything was extremely nice from check in to check out …. My front desk experience was beyond exceptional and she (Carmen) had excellent communication and professional and friendly customer service skills… the breakfast could’ve been a little better but the attendants were so lovely I couldn’t help but continue to go down during my visit especially Azelia she was so kind and helpful and let’s not forget about Ms. Andrea when I say y’all went above and beyond to make me as a guest comfortable I mean just that! If ever I’m in the area again this will be where I’ll be staying a nice clean friendly environment with exceptional customer service…. Thank you Fairfield crew you made my stay so special
