HIPPA! You cannot ask a patient WHY they are there in front of a room of other waiting patients! Get rid of that hippa violation at the front desk before I report you!

I called and scheduled an appointment for the covid vaccine on 1/5/20. Was told my appointment would be on 1/8/20 & requested to bring necessary documents. I was called on 1/6/20 by front desk staff, Zane M. Zane left a voicemail stating my appointment would be cancelled because the clinic JUST changed their policy and were now only offering vaccines to "established patients. " I called back immediately and Zane said "there was nothing she could do for me and the policy changes daily. " My issue is that the policy changed AFTER my appointment was already scheduled therefore I should not have been penalized and my appointment should not have been canceled. Zane wouldn't let me speak to her supervisor and informed me I'd receive a call back from the supervisor by the end of the day. Never received a call back. This was absolutely unacceptable and I would never visit this clinic nor send anyone to this clinic.

Our whole family switched to the Fairway Medical Clinic, including my mom. We like Dr. Mussaji very much. He is knowledgeable, kind, very funny and great with seniors. He treats us like family. People have complained in previous reviews about the office staff. They are all gone. Andy is new and very lovely. It is very convenient being around the corner from my home. We are taken right into a room and never have to wait, which is especially helpful now during Covid. They have x-rays too. Dr. Mussaji is in now Tuesdays and Thursdays and Johnny the NP is there everyday. We left a big office with hours long wait time and not enough personal attention. Fairway is a smaller, quieter office with a lot of personal attention. We highly recommend it.

Called to make an appointment since I'm looking for a new clinic the front desk receptionist “Sheila” was really nice she gave me lots of good info.

I could not agree more with the previous reviewer who said the front desk people were rude and vicious. In fact, the front desk person was so rude to me that I will never step foot in that place again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid that place. I would rather be sick then deal with her again. Very sad. When I asked to speak with the Dr.to complain about her that information was withheld from me. This is the only way for me to communicate with you Dr. Musaji - I highly recommend you replace your front desk people or your business will fail quickly.

The front receptionist is rude, puts me on hold twice after I call to make my son's appointment then wants to answer back rudely. Front desk receptionist Marissa is rude, and I have waited more than a week for my test results. They never call. I have called 7 times! They don't even pick up the phone. Youre better off going to Shadow Creek Medical clinic. They are much more professional.

Fairway Medical Clinic on West Bellfort deserves Five Stars for the impeccable service they give me and my family each time we go. The entire staff is Great. There’s Shayla who is always very polite and kind and Marissa (the best Nurse in the world) who always go above and beyond for the patients. Then to top it off My Dr, Dr Mussaji is the absolute best. He shows true concern for his patient’s and not only takes time to listen, but his sense of humor keeps you laughing which helps you forget how bad you feel. I recommend anyone in search of a great place that gives great service when you are sick, come to Fairway Medical on West Bellfort. Tell them I referred you.

Call to set up appointment for son. First of all Marissa who is the receptionist has a smart mouth I ask if she can help change the doctor to their facility with Medicaid I told her that the Dentist and the last clinic help me with a transition of that change she then stated rudely that we are not the last clinic or the dentist rude rude rude

Don’t come here unless you have no choice! This place is dirty and very unorganized! The receptionist from the front “Jasmin Savedra” is so rude and doesn’t care about the patients! She is also very lazy! The only person that I can tell you something good about here is the nurse practitioner “Ushus Joe”. Think about it twice!

I would not recommend this place to anybody. I had a bad experience both times I went to this office. The wait time was long and horrible with attitudes. I only went there thinking it was an urgent care for my 2 sick kids. Long story short I wasn't told upfront about a 50.00 fee per child for FML papers to be filled out for my job so I could take off to care for my sick kids. Instead they seen my kids and after it was time for me to return back to work they then tell me I need to give them 100.00 in order for me to receive my FLM paperwork. Never again!

The doctor shows passion for care of his patients. He shows special attention to elderly clients. The office staff is professional and helpful.

I went to this place today bc I was told my insurance was accepted here.first off they claimed they changed there name and no longer offered urgent care. There were two Hispanics that were very rude. This place is racist.don’t go they are very rude. I’m going to report this place.

All 3 of my children have been seen at this clinic and I am more than satisfied with the service. Check in is fast. The longest visit was about an hour and that was because x-rays were needed. Avg visit takes about 30 to 45 mins.

Very fast and professional- I've used them several times and they take insurance. So glad they are close by.

Muy Buen Servicio. Se lo recomendo a todos que no tengan tiempo de ir a las clincas de familia. Son muy limpios y rapidos.tambien tienen empleados que son bilingues, ayuda mucho cuando llevo a mi madre.

Great Service:) Highly Recommend to everyone, that doesn't have time to go to PCP. Very Clean and fast. Also have Bilingual Staff that very helpful when I bring my mother.

Do not recommend it to no one, I waited 3hrs to get seen, I didn't feel good at all and to have me wait so long made it worse. Never again
