Bottom of the barrel. I went without an AC for THREE MONTHS, in the summer time! Ya I know. I begged and pleaded for an AC and after THREE MONTHS one of the maintenance guys let me use a window unit until they finally got the parts to fix mine from Antarctica. But wait that’s not all! The hot water in my tub ran full blast for SIX MONTHS before they fixed it. It was so bad that two inches of calcium built up in the tub because they refused to fix it. Not only that, but the water heater for the entire building and adjacent building busted twice directly because they refused to repair my tub. BUT WAIT THATS NOT ALL! After I moved out they tried to charge me $2000! After I refused to pay they filed an eviction six months after I moved out! Lol yup I know. I didn’t have a parking spot for two years my truck got broke in to multiple times and stuff stolen. Creepy neighbors, I could go all day. Everything you could imagine was bad about this place.

I made a mistake on making the online payment and the leasing office assisted me in finding out what I had done wrong in making the payment and now everything is good. They were very nice and helpful. Thank you fairways V leasing office.

Please do not spend your money if you cannot afford to loose it. I really believe that apartments with admin fees are there to get and keep your money. I am going to give another review to another complex due to this same situation happening. I have advised and informed of my broken lease that they stated is ok to have and last minute is an EXCUSE on why they can't. This is not a very nice way of collecting fees or getting paid for unhonest work and I really believe this is apartments new scam. Please be careful of deceptive admin fees!

George has been a tremendous help! I work at a property nearby and sometimes it’s tough to get ahold of a property! George is really quick to pick up the phone so he can help me send people their way when I don’t have something ready for my prospects. Great customer service! Also thank you to his managers. You are lucky to have him!
