Fairways at Prestonwood, Dallas TX

Before coming to Fairways I had a traumatic experience with another complex. When I first toured Fairways the staff were so welcoming and kind and I loved the apartments. So now I am new resident and so far my move has been smooth and a breeze. I am excited to live here.

They are so beautiful. Jennifer and Nicole Have the warmest welcome in the biggest Beautiful smiles. Ask for them if you need anything, they are happy to help.

Jennyfer was awesome. She took the time to explain, show details and was very kind. She answered all of my questions and wasn’t pushy. She is very good at her job.

So so so many issues, more than I can write here. Just now the 5 star reviews are because the do raffles for good reviews. Trying to move out today & can’t even turn my keys in because the door is locked to the leasing office and no one is answering their phone.

Moved in August 2023 and this is my favorite apartment I have lived in so far. I feel like so homey. Gym, Pool, and golf course view are good. Jennyfer has been helpful when signing up the lease and any maintenance concerns she gonna solve it quickly. Looking forward to a year.

As a resident for almost 3 years there have been lots of changes to the management and the property since we moved in. I have to give a shout out to Jennifer in the office for always going above and beyond to help us resolve any issues we have had and to make our stay here a good one.

Worst customer service if u call for maintenance for A/C not working the lady was saying Aircondition is not an emergency some one need to fire her ASAP
If you don’t have staff to fixes maintenance problems please close your property and do something else

The property manager Nicole is amazing. She is courteous, prompt, and efficient at managing her property. Any issues that arise are addressed in a timely manner, and she communicates her needs and wants very effectively. Way to go Nicole

Crystal is amazing she was kind, patient and willing to work with me If I had any hiccups with my application, I recommend her for anyone in the future I love the apartment she helped choose and I can’t wait to move in.

I have lived here for a year and everyone who visits loves my apartment. I have never had to go to the office and they are very friendly. Jennyfer speaks Spanish and has always been patient in explaining to me everything related to my rental contract.

Thank you to sam and sammy and hosea for fixing the water noise in the wall and the 2 toilets, after many months of noise, wow it is fixed I can sleep threw the night now.

I love it here the quality of the homes are amazing and very unique and authentic, the customer service is great everyone in the leasing off is very friendly and extremely patient and communicates promptly.

I have lived at Fairways at Prestonwood for almost a year now. I have to say I am truly enjoying living here. The location is central to any and everything. I office staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that is considering moving here. They are AWESOME!

Update. Parking is a mess. After a year and some I was moved from my spot. I needed that spot because there’s a cut in the concrete that I use as a guide to safely back in. My vision is really bad so it’s hard for me to park in other spots. Now I may have to request a handicap spot so I don’t wreck my car or others backing in or parking forward. I told both the managers in the front office about my vision issues and why I needed that parking spot and they don’t seem to care.

The staff is fantastic. Response time to questions, repairs, and concerns it fast. As for the apartment itself it is really quiet and the layout is perfect. This community is pet friendly and will allow dogs up to 100 pounds. The grounds are exceptional. Covered parking has lighting where necessary. I feel safe here, no porch pirates yet LOL. The other big thing I see almost every day is their commitment to improve the property and amenities. I highly recommend The Fairways at Prestonwood.

These apartments are terrible my apartment was not ready to be moved in to. We have had no ac for a week it has been over 100 degrees outside and our apartment is almost 100 degrees inside and they have not seemed to care or reply to my emails. We had to ask several times for a portable ac they brought 1 for our two bedroom and just dropped it off outside our door, the air is still not fixed. We have a light switch that turns wont turn off and shocks you when you try to use it. There are many things broke or missing in the apartment. The carpet was dirty upon move in. I placed several work orders for the ac to be fixed before it broke completely. I’ve had many things stolen from mail and my car since I have lived here. I will definitely not resign. Do not even waste your money.
