I used faithco for a bathroom remodel- they Handled all my electrical and plumbing needs. Brandon Byrd (the plumber) did a horrible job- not only did he mess my pipes up but crushed my duck work u def the house that I didn’t catch until a non h later and a $500 electric bill. He said he would come back to fix the pipes once my contractor fixed the new tile he had to tear out- when I called he no longer worked there. Now my dial for hot water won’t turn. I will use faithco again because they warrantee their work, but I will never use Brandon again

I had called Faithco for an emergency plumbing need and spoke with Meagan after hours. She was clearly in the middle of family time and I’m sure had a lot on her plate, but was so kind and helpful. After further discussion, we ended up not needing the service, but I will hands down go back for any other needed services in the future. Thank you for your help!

We had Faithco out to check our leaking water heater. They inspected and replaced with a new water heater in a timely manner.

100/10 service! Had a plumbing emergency and called 14 different plumbing companies and they were the only ones willing to come out after 5pm to help out. They worked quickly and effectively and even came back the next day to make sure everything was perfect before they left. They checked everything plumbing related in our house and fixed even small issues not related to the emergency. They even installed a new part in our toilet that we bought at lowes for no cost and lent us their vacuum for the night to clean with. Greatest costumer service we’ve gotten from plumbers! Could not recommend more!
