The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful every time my daughter has had an appointment. I really like this place to the point where I made them my own dentist as well! I highly recommend this place!

Excellence is what Dr. Cina delivers and nothing but to best to her patients. The staff feels like family when you come in. Sunny is my tech, who is very hospitable.

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, 9: 00 am. Four other patients arrived too, all having the same appointment time as mine.

I waited for 20 minutes before being taken back to an examination room. After having my X-rays taken, I waited for an additional 45 minutes before a nurse came in to tell me it would only be two more minutes before the doctor saw me.

Ten minutes after that, I took the bib off and walked out of the room.

I told the receptionist I couldn’t wait any longer. Although she was apologetic, she explained that the dentist arrived to work late.

It became clear that this one dentist was responsible for attending to 5 patients all within the same time block.

I’ll be finding a different dentist.

OMGOODNESS! I loved it here! It was my first visit I usually go to FM 78 location for my orthodontist work. The young ladies at the front desk were awesome. Kasandra & Val even Esme who assisted the doctor was amazing. Friendly kind professional I didn’t wait all morning to be seen I highly recommend

I am TERRIFIED of the dentist but the Dr and staff have made me completely comfortable here. I still don't like it but will be ok coming here for visits.

So, it's a new dentist. The new doctor is wonderful! She is so informative, knowledgeable, and personal. Dr. O is, not only an awesome dentist, but she truly seems like she'd be a wonderful person outside the office.
I have to give a shout out to the DAs! Everyone working at Familia, has such a giving spirit.

This place is a scam, super shady as well. They will give false pricing until you're done with the procedure, then change the price and what they said they would do for you. You would be allot better not coming to this place and having to deal with the consequences later.

Great team though I was totally shocked to learn they had to work the day after Thanksgiving and then Saturday when most everyone else had a holiday period. Are you reakky that greedy?

Dr. O and Esmeralda were very patient with my daughter who is special needs. They sang to her and took their time to get her teeth clean. I will be requesting them every time.

It was time for my daughter’s teeth cleaning and her original dentist was pretty booked up for a couple months. I looked into Familia Dental and they were able to get my daughter scheduled within the next week.

We worked with Dr. O, Sayla as the Dental Assistant, and Esmeralda who were all great and make an awesome team.

Dr. O was absolutely amazing! She was very informative and gave helpful insight all while be patient, interactive, and reassuring with my daughter.

Sayla was great at making my daughter feel comfortable with performing X-Rays, which my daughter had never had done before. She reassured her that she was doing a great job and was optimistic even when my daughter struggled at the beginning.

Esmeralda made sure that we were taken care of when scheduling our follow up appointment. She triple checked that our insurance was noted lol.

Now hear me out, I know the dentist isn’t always the most pleasant experience. And that’s why I would book with Familia Dental in hopes that they can ease some of that anxiety for you!
