Took my car in for service and they were so helpful! Treated me like I was a member of their family. I felt very comfortable and that is VERY important. I needed a part that I had been looking for on my own and was having a difficult time. They found it right away. Even gave me a few tips to help until the part came in. I brought the car back so they could install the part. They even helped me out by installing a blade I had purchased. They ROCK! I will definitely be returning!

I have had my cars there a few times, and have complete confidence in them. It is an old school shop without amenities I don't need. Good communication and a good attitude.

Just went in to pick up my truck because they refused to work on it. Pretty upsetting how they treated at the end. Rude and undeserving of anyones business.

Well. They only have one decent tech, they don't always do what you ask them to and you'll probably have to go back to have the work redone. But one they've finally fixed your problem it's usually pretty good Work. All mechanics are scary to use, they're no different.

We were right across the highway from them with a flat tire but they said all their trucks were out and wouldn't give a time frame for getting to us. Wouldn't give us straight answers at all. Useless.

They wanted to charge me $900 dollars to swap out an ecm. An ecm is 4 screws and an electrical plug. I ended up doing it myself in less than an hour and for $300 with a guaranteed part.

Great service, great prices, great staff. Been using this mechanic for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. So glad to have a mechanic we can trust.

I stopped in today for an oil change. I was greeted warmly and my car was immediately taken care of. The friendly technicians were efficient and completed my oil change quickly and professionally. I will definitely be back in 3000 miles.

They charged me $100 for an oil change and changing 2 brake light bulbs. The panel to access the bulbs doesn't even require a screw driver to open. You just pop the plastic panel on the hatch and then use your fingers to pull the bulb out. I won't be going back. I'm furious.
