The worst medical care. My mom is having a urinary tract infection and she went to get checked out and they didn't even do a urine test. She told them that she has had a cough for more than a year and they did not pay attention to her, they did not want to refer her to a pulmonologist. Many things must change in terms of attention and efficiency. It seems like they don't care about their patients. Besides, the doctor does not treat her patients well.

Everything said is accurate and 100% truthful! From forgetting to call in the prescription (had to call and remind them 3x in 2 days as well as pharmacist called) like really.charges for things never done

The only Drs office in town that still writes prescriptions that you have to then pick up and hand deliver to your pharmacy. When I asked they told me they have a fax machine but it’s not working. Would anybody be willing to donate a fax machine to this facility? Also nurse practitioner is slow about solving the medical problem. Her answer to everything is to come back in a week or a month to see if it is still there.

I received a prescription for a cream from their office after a visit. I then dropped it off at the pharmacy. That same day I received a call from my pharmacy that the doctor did not write down what type, apparently, there were different types. I called the doctor's office and asked them about the prescription, and they said go to another pharmacy. I then proceeded to the pharmacy in person to resolve the issue. The pharmacy called the clinic in front of me and told them what they needed to do to fix the issue. The clinic said that they would call as soon as the doctor fixed the prescription. The clinic never called, and I ended up going to another doctor. Instead of assisting me in resolving and issue they caused, they forced me into a situation where I had to work the pharmacy and a NEW doctor just to get a simple medication. This office lacks professionalism and integrity.

I went for my annual review and they claimed it as sick visit.
Once blood studies arrived, Dr Uwaifo didn't even review them, she didn't notice I was out of range in few items.

They make double charges for illness and they take money from you separately, they charge the insurance, they do not give a receipt for the payments they make, I called my insurance and they even gave me a payment confirmation number to the Clinic and still they charge me for " disease" that is, if you go to this place for a consultation and they prescribe a vitamin b12 for that prescription, they charge you a fee apart from the consultation for illness

Today I had an appointment at this clinic my appointment says at 8 and they tell you it arrives 15 minutes before but these people arrive at 8: 15 and then they know I'm outside and they don't open soon how irresponsible with these people

Extremely incompetent and unresponsive staff.

I was transferred between the same 4 people on the phone for 40 minutes because none of them thought answering a simple question was their responsibility.

The doctor missed elevated test results to council me on until I noticedd them.

Wood benches for waiting room chairs, very utilitarian, rooms could use fresh paint. But the doctors are kind, most of the staff seems to be bilingual.
