Owner almost hit my car multiple times flying into the parking lot. When I complained about this the man there said “have a great day” indicating nothing was gonna be done about this. Parking is not “assigned” as there is no signs. Either learn to drive or don’t.

Unprofessional. She tends to cross line by talking patient’s appearance in front. And charging unexplained without reason. She put her apprentice dispatched from Texas Women’s University for my annual check up and Dr. May Kim showed unless I didn’t mention. Moreover she charged copay even for annual check up just because she also showed up. Very disappointed.

Dr. Joseph Kim by far has been the best doctor to work with. He is very thorough explaining everything and does not push unnecessary drugs or treatments. The team at both the Flower Mound and Carrollton are excellent! I highly recommend if you don't want to feel like a patient without name of face.

Got the microneedling procedure done about an year ago for $1,500 package because they said they got a new equipment and it was a promotion and the rates would go up considerably later. Mind you, this is a very painful procedure where they poke your face with about 20-30 tiny needles 2-3 mm deep into the face for about 45 minutes. They showed before and after picture of the clients, and the results were pretty satisfying. Now I realize, it probably has been photoshopped. No improvement in my face whatsoever and when I asked about it, they said it usually takes some time to see the effect and they simply offered to do another procedure. And my answer was no. I never wanted to go through that pain again. Asked for a refund, even a partial refund but they just scoffed and laughed. These people are just hungry for money don't really care about their patients and have no ethics. Tried to dispute the charge with my card company but the time has elapsed too long. Not their fault.
Avoid at all cost.
Never accept any "promotion. "

Both Doctor’s Kim and Joseph are fantastic. The best medical knowledge and bedside manners that I’ve ever experienced. I defiantly have some bizarre issues that they both have handled holistically and with grace. Highly recommend. I’m switching insurance providers soon so I really hope and pray that I am still covered under their plan, otherwise I’ll be so tempted to pay them out of pocket! Thank you: D

Dr Kim is very friendly and down to earth.she explains well so I understand whatever the questions I have. Office staff and nurses are very courteous as well.
