NEVER AGAIN.

Installation and quality of product was fine.

The customer service experience has been THE worst and THE slowest and THE most non-communicative team ever. We have it in writing that they would be able to install within 3 weeks after the down payment. It took them nearly TWO months to install AND it was after we threatened to cancel altogether that they scheduled installation in 24 hours! Amazing.

During those two months of waiting, we NEVER received a phone call from them to provide us updates on our order or that there were delays. NOTHINGGGGG. We chased and chased and CHASED them for updates. Anytime we called, they never had an answer, just that they would "call us back". They took $$$$ from us and didn't put any effort into caring about their customer.

Trying to pay was a complete mess. They don't take checks or money order. They only wanted card payment BUT will charge 3.5% of the total cost.

What a nightmare.

Nef was so knowledgeable and helpful! He got our garage door fixed within 3 hours of my initial call. I called several other companies in the Arlington area to compare prices and response times and FCD was our best option and I’m so glad we used them.

Two days ago I called FCD because my garage door opener was not functioning properly. They immediately set an appointment for that evening which was quicker than I expected. Neftali Pabon arrived on time with a smile. After checking the unit he advised that he would attempt a fix it but since the unit was 26 years old it should probably be replaced. He was not at all pushy but explained why. He replaced the unit plus a spring in less then 2 hours. New did a great job and was very pleasant. I was impressed.

They took the time to ensure that everything was properly aligned and tested the Garage door multiple times to make sure it was functioning perfectly. The technicians also provided me with some useful maintenance tips to prevent future issues.

They were quick, professional and priced fairly. I highly recommend Nef for all garage door needs

Got a quote for an install of a new opener and the guy doing the install did other things not asked for and added almost a $100 over the initial quote. Not trust worthy. Have used them for years…. Never again!
