Family Dollar, Houston TX

Bought water that was contaminated and had to return it. Waste of my time. Feds own Family Dollar. Can't buy any liquids there.

Older family dollar, the associates are very professional and courteous.great atmosphere.store manager and asst managers have improved the store alot since the old employees.

The store is continually stocking, and they have quite a variety of clothes and household items. They are getting ready for summertime. Definitely worth browsi.

Cashier was awesome. Nice selection of clearance items, good quality. Download the cyber coupons before shopping. Not much selection on cute woman's or mens clothes but good selection babies /kids clothes. Great location. Not crowded. Love it.

This store is great the workers always say hello they help you find things I love this store the manager is a wonderful person

Almost stocked up fully. Not much for sanitation except toilet tissue. They are still social distancing and requiring masks so that is the main reason I go in.

Shelves were bare, even for covid-19 times. The store was a mess with products all on the floor. The door was locked as if the store was closed. The line was long and the cashier called for help and her co-workers did not even respond, but she was still polite and nice.

NO HAND SANITIZER when you enter the store. Store not clean. Manager said corporate won’t send mask gloves or extras hand sanitizer.

This Family Dollar has re-opened. It was closed for some time last year (2018), but it’s finally open again. Everything is so organized and stocked (hope they keep it up). Awesome deals and savings here!

Went there today and it was closed at 4 and still was closed I had to catch a cab again to the one on Bellaire that was 1.3 miles away from there I'm disabled on a fixed income I can't keep throwing money away it look like someone was in there smdh very disappointed in the family dollar

I was told by another store close by that it will be closed now for a long time because of a very serious rat infestation. They said the rats were eating all of the bags of chips and anything else they could get into. Not sure when it will open back up. You’re right it does need a new manager.

Went to this store yesterday and it smelled extremely horrible.as I walk to the back to grab plastic wear I saw a huge rat running down the isle YES A FREAKING RAT! I literally dropped everything and ran out. I was soo disgusted to the point I had to some leave a review! Don't waste your time coming here

Today I went by to get my. 50 oatmeal. Come to find out they doubled the price. Very unhappy customer here. #PettyIKnow

I am a regular customer and so far, excellent service. This store has not given me a reason not to return. All the cashiers and stockers are very helpful and nice. This store has an excellent selection of items. Overall, the store is nice and would recommend this store to others.

No matter what time I go to this location, there's only one register open. The lines are long and the manager just walks around doing nothing. Store is cluttered and unorganized.

It's okay but the employees have an attitude they don't smile they always be looking mad or angry

They make you leave your stuff at the front of the store without any assurance of any one watching it. Without leaving my backpack and laptop at the front of the store I couldn't go in. I understand why but the fact that no one was watching it put me off. Also the attitude the salesperson gave off at first was not good. This store can do better.

This store is crowded and poorly maintained. Having just visited two real dollar stores (i.e, where everything is $1 or $1.25), I saw lots of $5 items here that you can get for a buck at the other stores. I was also extremely disappointed with how long it took to check out - the line at the register was long. When we walked out, hubby said, "And we won't be going in there ever again. " I agreed completely.
