Store manager not customer oriented. He's creating his own policies which is not fair to Family Dollar customers.

I personally know the store manager.they make sure to listen to what people want and need, and actually tried to stock the store with it

This store used to always be tip top and kind. Now the workers look so tired and miserable. Their assistant manager, Ashley Magee, I believe, is rude, unpredictable and just plain hard to talk to.

I've witnessed her talk down to her other assistant and at another point, kept four crockpots on sale for herself and a cashier named Tiffany! Refused to sell them to me!

Don't think I'll be going back there anymore.

The cashier kinda yelled at my son. And was very rude about where I need to put the shopping cart. I k rd where to put it cause I got it from the same spot.

I went to this store because I had recently purchase a item with a coupon and got a great deal, the manager at this location was very disrespectful and Unprofessional towards me about not having the coupon the fact that it expired that day should have gave him a good initiative to help me with the issue however he explained how to get the coupon in a very difficult way and brushed me to the side while trying to get other customers out of his line, when I finally did all the steps to get the item he laughed and said oh no still don’t have it rather than trying to help, he taunted me and embarrassed me with a smile on his face instead assisting to make a sale he got satisfaction out of humiliating me. I left the store located on fuqua upset and empty handed because I was so embarrassed I didn’t purchase any of my items! He seemed understaffed frustrated and satisfied to drive customers away which causing the company to make less money not a good look for buisness. I was so disappointed because I was a returning customer who had a great experience with a another family dollar the day before I was simply trying to get The item again (Gain detergent) before the coupon expired and was told to Ross, the store manager. This is clearly example he sets for his employees by being their leader and it is very tasteless and horrible customer service

Clean store, friendly. People always very helpful manager there is nice. TK I believe is her name and the rest are very, very courteous

Good store but they need to get rid of a employee by the name of Joyce Coleman she acts so Ghetto at times and totally unprofessional.
