Bad managment.in Willis tx location family dollar need to hire better people that know to run a store and keep customers happy.that dont mean to be rude to customer.

I requested for an interview with 2 store managers after i completed a application for a stocker job position. I was told that the management needed help in the store due to the basis of employees not being able to complete the store requirements and quitting their jobs due to no help with the store. I offered myself for the position and then was told that if I called the mangement and tell them that I would be reviewed after my application, then I could get interviewed and hired. It's been almost a whole month and no one contacted me for review of my application. I have spoke to two managers and I have not received the background check they claimed to submit to send me after application completion. This store is making excuses and they need to do better as a team.

This place is a joke I picked up a product off the shelf where it showed a price of 2.50 and in more than one smell (same product) same price marked. When I checked out it rang up 8.00. I told the cashier what it was marked she told her manager who came over to me and said ma'am I'm busy unloading a truck right now and don't have time to do a price check right now very rudely I told her the product was marked on. The shelf in more than one place as that price and she told me a lie about you had to be signed up with their app to get the price I told her I had the app. And that was not even on the coupon app this week she said that I was wrong and to call corporate if I didn't like it. I will never do business with this company again.

Outside and inside are a complete mess. Trash lining the outside grounds. Inside is cluttered. Needs some employees that really care about their job and quite honestly it needs customers that don’t throw trash everywhere. Shameful

This location sucks! I went in to do a return with a receipt and tags still on the items. They would not return it cause I purchased it in Conroe. WHAT? I live in Willis and had to drive all the way to Conroe This morning to return the items. Then I had to sit in the parking lot and wait, because the location in Conroe does not open until 9: 00am.

Manager not the nicest around, employees wear headphones. Too many repacks in stock room as well as boxes. Many U boats and boxes on sales floor.

Family Dollar has the friendliest employees. And much better than the other dollar stores in town.
