Family Dollar, Houston TX

Has a new employee (some tall white guy) that works there and i swear the guy is on crack.he's always acting nervous, counting his fingers and shaking. PLEASE GET HIM TF

Most of the employees seem like they don’t really care about customer service and are pretty rude at this location. They’ve got good prices and is kind of like a mini grocery store, but the customer service makes u want to go somewhere else and not shop here.

The customer service was great. My 1st time in the store and I felt like I was appreciated. I needed help and got it. Shout out to the their crew!

Janelle is very friendly and this store is Stocked and ORGANIZED! Excellent customer service good staff!

The cashier was very friendly and courteous, greeted me as soon as I.walked in the door.

There is no way I'm going back to this particular store. The manager named Janelle is rude and don't know how to handle pressure. Janelle chased a man down because he was taking a basket out the door. I mean, come on. He paid for his things and just needed to get the items to his vehicle. She was way out line. Don't go here unless you absolutely need to. Sad thing is her coworkers know how she is. I guess family dollar hires just anybody.

Always friendly.always have what you need. Everything is all over the place so I wont give 5 stars but otherwise great.

Very friiendly and helpful staff.agreed that there may be a waiit because there's only one liine open majoriity of the tiimes but they work quiick.

This is a wonderful place to shop. They keep fresh fruits and vegetables stocked pretty well, and have a great selection of pretty much whatever you need. The staff here is extremely helpful, and always a pleasure to deal with.

They are friendly here and always have the store stocked for the most part. Only bummer for me is they sometimes have only one cashier and you have to wait forever to get checked out

Long lines shelves not stocked or workers in the way stocking in the middle of the day on a Saturday use to be my favorite store will have to find new location

Okay considering the neighborhood. Melissa is very helpful and professional. They need security. I see lots of suspicious behavior from a few clientele almost every time I'm inside the store. Theft in my opinion. Could be wrong.

This family dollar used to be disgusting! The new manager has flipped this place around. I used to be scared to buy dog/cat food from there. The shelves used to have rat poop and it smelled like pee. Now it doesn’t have a smell and the manager is constantly keeping the shelves full and trying her best to make customers happy. She’s doing very good. My only comment is it’s a little crowded.

Reasonable prices, clean store but the staff is always standing around talking instead of focusing on moving customers through the line.

Closed time is 10 pm but I reached at 9.30 it was closed and they gave no reason to close early I drive extra miles to reach this store

Very disappoint at the people who work at this location. Today is Friday at 9: 25 pm I pulled up to get a bag of charcoal and one of the employee lock the door on me and told me we are close. He said the M. O. D said we are close. Knowing they close at 10 pm. I told him I just needed one thing and the man just ignored me. So tomorrow I'm going to report that it to the M. O. D and corporate. Why work in retail if your going to treat customers like that.

Heard they recently remodeled and decided to check it out, so far i am impressed with the way that the store is organized and how helpful the staff was. I hope it will remain like this.

Not usually crowded. Customer service is okay; depends on the day and the cashier working. Prices are good; I mean everything is a dollar. You might be able to catch a few select items on sale less than a dollar.

Theres usually one person at the register although there are other people there to help. Its also a bit cluttred.

It smells really bad in there and is so unorganized and junkie but I so like the people that work there. They are always nice especially the manager
