Family Dollar, Katy TX

It’s nice to have a family dollar in my neighborhood. I found that they have one of the great deals for paper toilet roll! $1 for 4 rolls is a pretty good deal! Plus it has little bit of everything there so if you are looking for a few essentials you can get them here. Prices are nice so you’ll enjoy the visit here. If they could organize better I will get them more stars tho. But come and Enjoy shopping and cheers! H

Family Dollar is usually a convenient stop but not this location. When they run out of items, it takes forever to be replaced. The manager is VERY rude and always has an attitude. He makes it obvious that he hates his job and takes it out on customers. He will clearly see you standing in line to be checked out and will continue to do whatever he is doing. He HATES going to get ice as if it's the customers fault its locked outside. They also seemed to be short staffed, so I guess that is why he is always so cranky but either hire more people or find another job. It's super unprofessional! I can only imagine how he must treat his employees if he can't even remain professional with customers. Basic customer service is all some of us ask for! No stars if I could.

I will give it -4 stars, the store is a mess most of the times, boxes everywhere pilled up. The cashier is nice but other than that the place in not! It's hard to shop when you can't see the shelf because boxes are in front of it. Also it's a safety violation to have the exit block.

Worst store I even been at store is trashy employee are rude and unprofessional lazy, Parking is Disgusting. Owners and corporate executive needs to come and fix their investment.

They are under new management! So far so good let's see how well it really is a couple of weeks!? !

I let it slide a few times but tonight I really needed a few quick items. I get there at 940p and they are closed early again! Not lights off closed but the guy waving u off cuz he wants to leave early type of closed. This aint 3rd ward. Honor your posted hours or change them! #!

Pass this one by unless its an absolute last option. Store's a mess.someone will surely hurt themselves on the tall piles of product and junk crowding all the aisles at all times. I still go here due to convenience and always regret it.

This Family Dollar is not being ran right. Product is everywhere and the workers are not doing their job. I can tell by the look of things, this place will be closing soon and I know there is no profit for shareholders from here.

I go there all the time and there is always boxes on the aisles, but today was bad. It was hard to walk with the carts so I had to put my toddler down to walk it was hard boxes, stack up everywhere on the aisles. Very unprofessional of the cashier to be on the phone while working.

They're ok, but what's up with the BAGS, the been using TRASH BAGS to bag up the item you've purchase, other then that they cool. THEY NEED TO BUY SOME BAGS, they been out of bags for 2 months now.

Great for convenience if you just need a few things and don't want the haggle off a large store but the prices are not competitive for most of the snack items. You usually will find the store in a messy state. But again the conveince is really what youll get. But i can say thier decorative hinge goods section is a hidden gem.

This store is Disgusting would rate 0 if possible eggs thrown and messed up milk expired cokes open candy wrappers thrown and open just utterly disgusting.

When I have purchased my headphones, I tried to return them because they weren't working.the employees including the management has been playing games with me saying that "We don't do refunds". Whenever I had problems with products I was able return it to the same location with no problems, who the hell hired those clowns? I AM NEVER SHOPPING AT THIS STORE AGAIN! I HOPE THIS STORE GETS SHUT DOWN! I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

It is convenient for little misc. Items left off your shopping list.but the store could be better organized.

A bunch of youngsters work at this location now and basic talking and hangout like they are on a street corner. Just not as good as it was when it first opened.

I used to love going in this store until a new manager, a black male, took over. Now the store is overrun by ghetto employees. This is really a shame. If the district manager of this store is reading this, please take note. Uncouth employees who can't speak properly are not people I want to deal with, and it's unfortunate that the new manager seems to think so. But ghetto will always hire ghetto. I'm done with this store, and I'll make sure my friends and family do not shop here.

The people working here have a massive attitude and if something is in the wrong spot they look at you stupid.this is supposed to be cheaper then the other stores and it's clearly more expensive

This location needs help. The AC never works and the shelves are always bare. I am not sure how this location makes money. The employees are always on their cell phones while yoh are checking out. Wow!

Cashier & store manager are pretty look guys.everyone else acts like u are bothering them when u ask them something.they need a new job if the can't help the customers.point blank!

They have a little bit of everything here and it's usually fast check out. Friendly staff helpful and pleasant.
