They are supposed to close at 8pm. They didnt want to let me in at 7: 57pm when all i was trying to do is get medicine. This is ridiculous. I couldve got the medicine and paid for it in less than 1 minute. I need to file a complain to a higher department. They always lock the doors around 7: 50
Very un professional came to store at 8: 05 am in 35° weather and stood outside for 30 minutes while they warmed up inside! Ghetto and all the employees smelled of weed and one of them even was totally drunk OMG
I went into the location on N. Wayside and was stopped @the door by an employee that said I couldn't walk through the store with my purse. She said it was too big. First of all it was just a regular MK purse (average size). Second of all, why is this person being paid to stand at the door and do absolutely nothing but reject paying customers? !? !? We left there and went to the store on Tidwell & Hirsch. They were friendly, professional and very helpful.
Came in Sunday night was greeted by a extremely nice lady named Nina, she helped find what I needed, the linne was long so she rung up a few customers, overall best experience in a long time for the 3 years ivI' lived over this end great job
Quick stop if you forgot shampoo, glue, gift bags, etc. Thirsty? They got you. Want a snack? They got you.
No stars for Family Dollar it's very disorganized. I try not to stop here or any Family Dollars stores most are filthy, disorganize. Most have freight and boxes on floor, isn't there a certain time or limit time stuff should be out or on aisle I don't understand why the corporate or managers let these stores get and stay like this.
Associates very nice and polite. Store is clean well organized. Newly renovated after Hurricane Harvey.

Unprofessional and will accuse you of stealing even after you pay for your items they ask you to rise your shirt up. Yeah this place is very unprofessional. Is dirty and not decent service mainly the black male manager the short black guy

They always have boxs all over the place making hard to go in to place with the carts some staff members are rude as hell
