Family First Auto Care, Sanger TX

Driving to work one day last week and had a blowout on the bridge in Sanger. Pulled over into the family first business to ask them if they had any used tires or if they could put my spare tire on since they would have proper tools to do the job quick. I was told to pull into the far stall to the west, bay 3. Trying to make myself useful and being on a time crunch I began to take out my spare tire as the individual responsible for that stall was sitting on his cell phone in the corner. A man with a dark beard and negative attitude had come up to me and told me that my presence was a liability. I had told this man I intended to have my spare tire installed for reasons above. This individual who does not deserve the title of a man in my eyes said once again that I was a liability. I got back in my vehicle backed out of the stall and proceeded to install the spare myself. This individual went back to the corner of the shop and sat down on his cell phone again. During the time I had spent here there was nobody awaiting service and do not deserve business if he treats others the way that he treated me and handles situation the way he did. All of that being said the woman in the office was very polite and professional and the young man working there was also responsible. If y’all use this company I Do Not recommend inquiring with the rude individual on his cell phone in the corner doing nothing and disrespecting customers that support their livelihood.

We are new to Sanger. So glad to find a great mechanic shop. This family owned - veteran owned (both of them) business is wonderful. We thought we knew what was wrong but they checked that and it wasn't. They COULD have charged us for the repair but didn't. That says a lot these days. That left us money to repair the AC in the 2003 Dodge Ram but guess what. It only needed more freon. Again, complete honesty.
Their rates are affordable. We appreciate their honesty and they are now our mechanic shop. That is a relief!
