Family First Health Clinic of Splendora: Dr. Woodrome

So far, so good. Woodrum is one of the more down to earth doctors and has helped each time. I'd suggest them at this time. Especially after dealing with HCA doctors and other corporate medical facilities. The worst around. But lately, 2023, it seems Woodrome has been scraping for business. Calling me for appointments. And if Dr. Woodrome had listened to me in the first place, we'd have had no problems. Just make sure he listens to what YOU want. And verify, verify, verify. I had more problems trying to get scrips refilled that were the fault of Woodrome's office. So with Woodrome, you get 90 day refills and will need another appointment in 90 days. Otherwise he won't refill your scrips. Every 90 days.

I had an appt to have blood drawn. I wish I knew her name. She was great! I'm going to find out so I can always request her. Evette, PA, was great also. I hope she stays at Splendora location. The building is far from fancy but people are worth the choice!

I was extremely pleased to visit Family First Health Clinic, who showed genuine concern and took time to talk to me. Most physicians make you feel uncomfortable and as if your thoughts and ideas are unimportant. The entire staff was so helpful and considerate.

Dr. Woodrome has a wonderful bedside manner and is very informative with several routes and options for my healthcare.

I have been going to Dr Woodrome for almost 2 years. The Staff and Dr Woodrome always keep everything as light hearted as possible helping me work though my issues what ever they may be! I have always felt better after leaving his office! He is a Solution Doctor not a pass you on Doctor. I will be a patient for many years to come.

When I go see Dr Woodrome it’s like I’m going to see a family member that loves and cares for me so much, but he’s my family doctor. He is so kind and caring towards my health needs and anything that’s bothering me of concern, it’s like he’s too good to be true. Yes he’s that good. I’ve never had a doctor that didn’t judge me or look down on me for some silly reason or to me I thought did. He makes everyone feel like this! You will leave his office happy and feeling like he took good care of you. He really deserves the best doctor award. I needed an authorization for my meds and called their office they had it done in 10 minutes, I was in tears cause they made me top priority. But they do everyone that way. Dr Woodrome is so funny too. Him and his staff are always laughing and making things fun. I could not ask for more from a doctors office.

Dr. Woodrome and staff are the best. He truly gives the one on one time to make you feel important and heard. He has that old town doc feeling and cares about his patients. I recommend him
