3I like how they went above and beyond taking care of my 3 year old and all her needs. This was her first time to this doctor and they talked to her and not me.on certain things.
I’ve called 7 times today to schedule a sick appointment instead of going to the local ER. Sometimes they answer the phones and then sometimes they don’t. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rath my entire life and once I turned 18, started seeing his wife, and then the NP’s employed with them. They’re not a completely horrible office, but I do wish that they would take the time to look at my chart. Every time I’ve been sick or had a health issue I’ve always been able tell them what was wrong and been right about it. A patient needs a provider who will listen to their concerns and address them.
They have it set up so things can run efficiently. They answer my questions I had.
