I have had different primary care doctors over the years. This place is one of the best. My doctor is excellent. Staff is attentive, friendly and efficient. They have a great online portal for viewing results, pay bills, etc.

My doctor, Putney, is great. However, billing is all over the place. And now they’re charging the same for a telemedicine call as an appointment. I need someone to listen to my chest. I also don’t need rude receptionists when I’m feeling lousy already. I may be done with this place. If it weren’t for my doctor I would have found some other a long time ago.

Dr. Christopher Putney is a terrific provider. He is swift, thorough, and can be counted on to deliver best in class Care. His Staff is exceptional as well! I know this because this has been my PCP for over 25yrs. I brought my children and spouse here and all received great Care. Thank you Dr. Putney and Team!

I got to my 2: 00 appointment 30 minutes early just to be seen at 3: 00. By the time I got seen, the nurse kept complaining that she didn’t even want to be there and she’s ready to go home. I then waited about 30 minutes after she left for the doctor to come in, I get it, it was a busy day but I was only with my doctor for 15 minutes then having to wait a while for her to come back and take my blood test. Only for that same nurse to come in and say I need to go home because I was the last patient in building and everyone was getting ready to leave. It was 4: 00 by then and I checked, they closed at 5: 00 that day. When I asked what was going on the nurse simply said to come back at 7 in the morning to continue and left immediately while I was trying to talk to her. I come back the next day only for everyone in the front and staff COMPLETELY RUDE. I simply asked for a copy of my paper that I originally gave them and the lady yelled at me and asked why I needed it. When I finally had enough, I yelled back and told her the papers are for my personal needs there’s no reason you need to ask why I need them. And she simply replied with “well I’ll give it to you this time but I won’t give any copies to you again because WE DONT DO COPIES”. What doctors office does not do paper copies?

Dr. Putney has been my PCP for the last 4 years, and I've never been happier. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and I've never had an issue.

I strongly recommend this office.

Do yourself a favor don’t come to this office. They will bill you incorrectly, They don’t update their website, they are not transparent and the customer service is terrible.

I am now a former client/patient of this office in round rock. I went for a walk in for my second Covid shot only to find out from the front desk that you no longer offer this in office. Why don’t you update your website and your automated service when calling. This is a complete lack of attention to detail that is important for so many people. You as an office manager need to do better. I will be sharing my experience with my fellow Apple employees so that they don’t go to this office. My family and I are now looking for another family doctor because of our experiences with Dr. Wong and your team at this office.

Dr Wong also billed me for an office visit for my physical results that could have been done over the phone. These people are crooked and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here!

I've worked with Physicians 35 yrs. This pass Saturday was the 1st time EVER a Physician has taken time on a Weekend to call me with my Covid results. Thank you Dr. Putney for putting my mind at easy. My grandchildren are Covid positive & I was really dreading a positive test. The office staff has been great during these trying times. Thank You ALL & stay safe

Do NOT schedule an appointment with Dr. Wong. He doesn't listen to your concerns and has no idea what he's doing. The front office is so rude. They treat you based on what kind of insurance you have. They're looking for people with really good insurance to ask them to do unnecessary tests and schedule completely unnecessary visits. I went in for a wellness check that's completely covered under my insurance and Dr. Wong asked me to schedule a telehealth visit a few months later to go over some lab work. They charged me over 100 dollars for a 3 minute conversation with him saying everything was fine. Dr. Wong is a crook.

I had a physical/check up appt with Dr. Deshazo and it was all around a good experience. The office was clean and the front office was friendly. Dr. Deshazo listened to my concerns and all the nurses were very professional and nice. I’m glad to finally have a family doctor that listens and cares.

Had to make an appointment for dr visit to get medication refill after new blood work done. NO CHANGE in blood work, but still had to have office visit? Dr. David always refilled if there was no change. New dr, new rules. Dr. Wong had no interest in hearing anything else unless it had to do with thyroid (refill med). He said I needed to make another appointment if I wanted to discuss any other issues! WHAT? No interest in my health AT ALL. I miss Dr. David! He cared and was trying to get to the bottom of my underlying issues ALONG with managing my normal health care. Dr. Wong.worst experience I've ever had! He's also put an MS diagnosis in my chart. What is going on?

I have been trying to get my medical records from this office sent to my new doctor's office since Oct 2020. My new doctor's office sent the request in oct and got a confirmation that the fax went through but they never received records. I called again on 03/26 and sent a request via email and I got a confirmation email that they received the medical release. I checked with my new doctor's office a week later and they still hadn't received records. When I called this office AGAIN on 04/02 to figure out what was going on they acted like they couldn't find the medical release and asked me to send the form again. I did, and they said they would take care of it. I checked with my new doctor's office again and they still have not received any records! This has been the most frustrating experience and I don't understand why it is such a hassle to get records sent!

As a patient of Dr. Deshazo for about 20 years I have always had positive experiences at this clinic. The doctors, nurses, and the rest of the staff are friendly and professional and they always make me feel welcome and cared for.

Megan and Dr. De La Fuente were very sincere and genuine people who made the atmosphere of the office very entertaining. As a first time patient I was very nervous to go to a new Smile Doctors office in a completely different city but they made me feel as if i had been going there for years! Truly felt at ease. Would truly recommend going to this office! Will be recommending to all my friends!

I’ve been going to this office for 24 yrs never have any problems my Dr Flint DeShazo has been my doctor is a nice person very professional and his nurse is Pam the office and all personal are ready and take time with you. Feels like a family to me. I recommend their services from all the doctors in the office.

When Dr David was here, it was a great office to go to. Now, they are not interested in taking care of their patients. I get that they want to do over the phone, but they also are not giving any medical care or advice other than "let it run it's course". That is not acceptable.

We have gone here for over 5 years now. Dr. David was originally our doctor and we adored him. We have only had exceptional experiences in all the years we have attended this office.

I absolutely DO NOT like the staff at this clinic. They are always rude over the phone and hang up quickly! I've gone here for years and I can honestly say Nicole Smith is the Best and only one i will see. However, she is under Dr. Steven Daniel and I had nothing but a terrible experience with him! Choose your Doctor wisely!

The seats in the waiting area are amazingly comfortable! Oh and the doctor definitely looks like Denzel Washington

This practice has a few hitches in their giddy-up. Shortened hours, the physicians won’t care for the other physicians patients if they are on vacation. Just seems to always have a hoop to jump through to get what you need. They close at 3pm and I am required to have a follow up every three months for my medication, I work healthcare myself. Apparently they are not into caring for their patients who work full time. Cool.
