Family Smiles of Sulphur Springs

I have 6 kids, and it’s hard to find someone to get them all in at once. They accommodated us so well. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist explains things so that you can understand and they care about the $ your spending! And that’s huge when you have so many! I’ll won’t take my kids anywhere else!

I love bringing my kids there every time we have a wonderful experience they love coming there thank you so much everyone?

Dentist kept telling me. I wasn’t listening to his opinion. Which irritated to my core! Said I was to worried about the appearance of my child’s tooth. “She would never notice. ” Also every time we go. They are never on time. Always a 30 minute+ wait. I won’t be returning!

Our family has been going to Family Smiles in Sulphur Springs for our dental work, since they opened. The staff is friendly and considerate each time we come in for an appointment. Dr. Lovejoy is professional and does an amazing job with kids, no matter what the appointment is for. He makes the kids feel comfortable and makes sure they know what is about to happen. Mindy is great with the kids as well, and always has a warm smile for everyone. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my family and our dental needs.

Clean, efficient and very friendly staff. I have dreaded going to the dentist.but I felt comfortable. The dentist listened to my problem snd didnt try to force other things on me. He was caring and really did a great job! Loved this place!

I am consistently amazed with our experience at Family Smiles. Everyone is always so friendly and they are AMAZING with my girls! My two daughters actually love going to the dentist which I didn’t think was possible. We are very pleased and even after receiving a crown today my daughter didn’t shed a tear and said she had fun!

I take my 9yr old here & the staff are the sweetest! The Dentist is very nice & informative! My daughter loves receiving the gold tokens, at the end of her visit, to put in the machine for a prize & did I mention they ALWAYS send her home with a goody bag! How could you beat being spoiled at the Dentist Office?

Everyone was super friendly! Dr. Love joy was awesome and patient. Made sure I was completely numb before doing the procedure.

Excellent customer service, first and foremost. The office is beautifully decorated and will give you a peaceful sense. They have tablets for the children to play on as well. The dentists are all extremely polite and on point with their information and present it in a very easy to understand manner. They aren't trying to make a quick buck or keep you in their building and will work for you to get you to whatever specialist you need. Will definitely be using them for a long time.

Dr. Lovejoy was amazing! As always. This was my third wisdom tooth extraction. He's always direct and to the point with me and always truthful about what's going on in my mouth. I appreciate that. Always makes me feel like a person and not just a customer. Anyone should be lucky to have him and his very well trained staff as their dental office. Thanks Family Smiles!
