I have been going to Family Toyota for years. They are great if theirs anything that they made a mistake on they will make it right.
Brandon and Tyler are my go to guys but everyone there Is very helpful.

Friendly atmosphere, but there were a few sales people that were not friendly at all and for a good customer service, they need to put a smile on their face.

Eric Hill is one of the best customers service representatives I have ever came across. He is very knowledgeable on his job and has a good relationship with customers. Ask of him and he will offer you a good deal.

Bruce Magallan helped me out so much! He was awesome to work with and was very patient. I had totaled my vehicle and went to so many different dealerships but Toyota in Burleson is the place to go. They have so many options to choose from and have the best price value. Customer service is amazing and I felt very pleased with my purchase when I walked out the doors!

Jaquelin Diosdado contacted me in April about my interest in a new Tundra. It was not intrusive and she just provided me with information. I tried in August to do a trade and found an issue with my car leasing company. We figured a way through the transaction. So now it is September and I have a new Hybrid Tundra.
