I had gone through two barbers before I tried Famous Fades 2.0 and I can definitely say I have found a solid barbershop for my son. This shop has such a great vibe and energy and i immediately felt at ease when I walked in and was greeted by the crew. You have to ask for Chris Landry if you go. He is one of the coldest and most skilled barbers I have come across. I had seen some of his work before and was referred to him as well so I was already excited to have him cut my son’s hair. I told him to cut it the way he thought it would look good on my son’s head. He was very patient and asked questions about his hair which I appreciated. My son is five but he is very particular about his hair. When he finished cutting Greyson’s hair and handed him the mirror Greyson burst into the biggest grin. He has been talking about how much he loves his haircut and smiling since we left the barbershop and he has never done that before lol. Thank you Chris and you have found a loyal customer in us! He is worth every dime!

Came in with no appointment, emergency haircut for my wedding. Luckily Chris was there and came through with a classy, masculine cut with a nice fade up the sides. Usually I have to wait a week for cuts to "even out" but this one was ready to go out the door, just like I remember from my stylists in Hollywood. Camera ready. I looked great in every photo I won't forget this experience. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Competence and someone who not only knows they are doing, they actually care about their customer. Great conversation too. I'll come back again for sure.

Chris was my husband’s barber for the evening. Great customer service and very good at engaging in conversation. 4 stars because there’s always room for healthy improvement! Chris was so close to the style my husband wanted but the fade was still super clean, sharp edges and good length on top for the comb over. Fantastic job Chris P. Fades You made my husband look so handsome.

Took my son (10 yes old) to see Chris for a kids cut and he was AMAZING! Best cut my son has had in a very long time! Chris was very inclusive with each step as He went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied! I highly recommend him we will absolutely be back!

They messed my hair up so I'm snitching.they had a pet in the barbershop that's a violation it's a small black and grey Maltipoo dog it had like a Astros thing on it was walking around freely no leash or nothing and they messed up my hair and made the excuse it will grow back.after that the man had the audacity to make us pay for the cut. We got our money back but, the store owner and the other barber tried to back him up like the cut was good. He took my front taper further back now I have to wait very long to get a haircut again. If you want a dog running around you feet In a barber shop and barbers who can't except the truth.and get mad at you because you paid for them to do a service and they messed up go here.

One call to my girls at the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation, Harris County to have your business license revoked permanently. Respect, Professionalism and taking Responsibility for your mistakes goes a long way in business. Take pride in your craft. Ghetto antics will get you nothing but a headache, small claims court and broke. Don't do nothing God wouldn't do. Vengeance belongs to the Lord. He will repay.

Best shop in town, my son is 4yrs old & moves a lot and jroc’s very patient with him & gets the job done always on time with appointments and this past weekend I went in with my son as a walk in, didn’t have to wait at all & the girl that cut his hair also was very patient & cut his hair very good

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the owner in the front chair and immediately helped! This barbershop is on a whole other vibe! Such a great atmosphere and quality cuts! I definitely recommend that you come try it out for yourself.

One of the best experiences I’ve had going into a Barber shop, if not the best. The owner was very hospitable as soon as I walked in. He greeted me and set me up with RJ, since I was a walk in.

I’ll be completely honest, I was in a bad mood, because prior to walking in famous fades 2.0, I had just sat in another barber shop FOR OVER 20 minutes with no assistance or help from staff, although they had multiple barbers just sitting around doing nothing.

But that’s another story.

Once I sat down with RJ, he was very friendly and suggested some ideas on what he could do, after I showed him a picture of what I wanted. I’m glad I took his recommendation, because he got me looking ON POINT!

Based on my observation with all the other staffers, they seemed very polite and hospitable to their clients as well, so I’m definitely going to be coming here permanently. For over seven years I tried find a barbershop that I could call home here in Katy… And I think I found it!

Would I recommend this spot to anyone else? YES! Will be here a few times a month? You better believe it!

VERY VERY pleased with the services provided by this shop, from booking an appointment last minute especially on labor day with little to no notice. I was accommodated immediately.
Appointment process was amazing, and when I arrived my kids were sat in the chair on time of there appointments, unlike most places that even with appointments you have to end up waiting 20-30 more minutes.
My kids were very please with cuts. I will def, be returning as it is local/closer to me rather than the other barber I use who is a 35 min drive ''Highly recommend. Amazing services. Very Welcoming.

Nothing, but amazing things to say about this new barbershop and specifically, Chelsea who did an amazing job with my haircut. I've been looking for almost a year for a solid barbershop and this place is going to be my go to from now on. Chelsea took her time, was detail oriented, and made my overall experience a great one. Place was super clean and had an inviting vibe with everyone working. Keep up the great work!

1st time visiting and I like the fact that I was greeted at the door. The shop is family friendly and plays non explicit music. Music is a little on the loud side for a barber shop. The shop is multicultural too. Glad to find a good shop close to my new home.

Angel did a great job on my hair and Chelsea was gentle and patient with my 3 year old son. They'll definitely have my business in the near future.
