The staff is very friendly and willing to help find anything. Will definitely shop here for future shoes.

The staff was friendly and helped find what I needed. The shies are not really cheaper than a normal location.

I was impressed with the shoes available at the Famous Footwear store in the Round Rock outlet mall. I was also impressed with the knowledgeable staff. I recommend this store.

This store is huge. I was there to shop for myself. When I walked out I had 4 pairs of shoes for my grandson and some Nikki socks for my husband. Nothibg for me. I'll be back for sure. Great prices on clearance shoes. And they shoes are organized. Not all over the place

See picture… employees are in the store doing nothing. This outlet is starting to get worse by the day. Jenelle who’s the manager feels it’s appropriate to leave the store for almost 2 hours.

Very rude store manager who shouldn’t supposed to be a manager at all. She is talking in a very unprofessional manner. She cuts us off multiple times while our kids were trying different shoes. We told her to give us a little space to finish our shopping but her reply was ridiculous. She told us that she is doing her work by pushing us several times. If the store manager doesn’t want to make you comfortable, who does? She was grabbing most of our selected shoes and took it away. I complained to the assistant manager during checkout but her response was same. Even though the situation was bad, i checked out 3 pairs of shoes due to kids want it badly. I don’t recommend anyone to shop here unless they do staff change. At least the manager should be out to avoid non-friendly and toxic environment for customers.

My wife, daughter and I shopped here recently. There were huge banners reading “Buy One Get One 50% Off”. Also, when we walked in the store, the associate yelled “we’re having a huge Buy One Get One Half Off Sale”. We found a pair of Nikes then decided because it was half off the next pair we’d get another. We also got a third but didn’t find a fourth we liked. So three pairs of Nikes. At the register the cashiers revealed that it only applies to certain brands (Crocs and some others), not Nikes. We reluctantly paid full price.

These are dishonest business practices. At the bottom, the sign says “some exclusions apply”. Excluding all Nikes is not some exclusions. It’s a huge exclusion.

My advice is: choose a different shoe store. There are so many better ones that actually honor what they say.

Good selection of men's, women's and children's shoes. I was able to find a descent pair of size 12 dress shoes for like $60

I am very pleased with their customer service. I wanted an specific pair of shoes. I call them and a cashier answered pretty soon. She took the time to go look for it and found them. 15 minutes later I went to pick them up, and she had them ready for me. She was very nice, and well mannered. If 10 stars were part of this, the store and employee would get them. THANKS A LOT. That is the kind of service that makes you return to shop.

I couldn't decide on a pair of shoes and left. When i came back the lady still helped me find the shoes I wanted and was very polite about it!

Gross. Dirtiest shoe store in the outlet, disorganized, and definitely the COVID hot spot out of all the shops there. The other shoe stores regulate entry. Famous footwear just has a busted door and nothing else.
