Famous Footwear, New Braunfels TX

Found the perfect sandals with assistance from a very nice associate (#314732). I left Famous Footwear - a happy customer!

Customer service is good, selection at the store poor…they do offer to order for you but l needed shoes today

Famous Footwear is a go to shoe store for all the most popular, trendy and sporty styles. They carry men's, women's and kids shoes, the selection of styles and brands is enormous. The prices are right in tune with the the area the sales are awesome. The store is clean and organized very well. You can easily find what you need yourself which is good since I had no interaction with the employees who were in their own world and seemed to ignore the fact customers enter the store. My overall impression was good. That may have changed if I needed help finding something but we found what we came in for and left happy.

Got a pair Van's. Not blaming this store, but it never fails that my exact size is always out of stock in the shoe I want.

Store is not bogo 50% on everything like sign says when you walk in. Never give your money to this store because they are falsely advertising. Go somewhere else that is honest.

Originally purchased shoes online and when I picked they were not what I assumed and did not fit me. Assistant manager was very attentive and helpful with assisting me with the new sizes to try on. Finally decided on these. Their location is conveniently located at Creekside.

I bought two pairs of shoes at the store. I wear a size 11 men's shoe and wasn't particularly impressed with the selection for my size. On the other hand, I bought the first pair full price: $59, which was very reasonably priced, and the second pair was half price: $25, which made it very reasonable as well.

Famous Footwear was great, had the shoes I wanted on sale so I bought three pair different colors

Employees were friendly and helpful. They didn't have either one of the shoes I needed to exchange. I originally purchased online though.

Friendly staff. Proper safety measures being enforced. Overall very good experience. Everything was marked bogo or 20% off. But my total didnt reflect what one would call a discount. In other words. If i bought the same socks and shoes at any other retailer with no promotion, it would have cost the same. Which doesnt deduct from the quality of the service or the fair retail prices. Just an observation.

Thank you for your amazing customer service. Store manager made me feel really taken care of and she was so very nice. It was a day when I really needed something like that and she help me find the perfect things and close my sale she helped me Order special shoes and did it with a smile all behind her mask. Thank you for helping me and for providing such excellent customer service

Employees are always very helpful and polite. The store is always clean. I just wish they would carry more shoes made for narrow feet.
