Once again, I received excellent service at this location. Alphonso and Cristina are very helpful and go beyond to help and answer questions. I definitely recommend trying this shopping experience. They are awesome.

Josey Ln location is by far the BEST STORE w/EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES! I live in Plano and never mind the drive to this location! Only location I will shop at.
Daniel & his team are Great and so polite. I also order online so often have exchanges or returns and again they are always helpful with exchanging and reordering my shoes for me! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I didn't end up buying shoes from this location but I was helped by a gentleman and young woman at the end of the day on 7-20-23. Just wanted to say Thank you.

Excellent customer service from the top on down! My nephew and I first worked with Alphonso (Asst. Mgr) while back-to-school shopping. He was so nice and pleasant.just a joy to work with! We call him 'Unc' now because he made us feel like family! Upon my return visit, I worked with Daniel (Store Mgr) and he was every bit as delightful to work with! He talked about how he trains his staff on 'old school' customer service and it just comes through with every interaction with them! Those two should teach a MASTER CLASS on customer service and how it should be done. I will definitely keep coming back to this location!

I just received one of the best customer services I’ve ever experienced. Christina went way beyond the normal to help me find a Nike sandal I wanted. The Carrollton store was sold out, so she asked if I’d like to order it? OMG— yes!

Came to browse on the 4th of July. Everyone was super friendly. Alfonso helped me find my size. The store was spotless. Love this location. Best customer service that makes you feel like you matter.

I went today for the first time in years and pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service. I wish I got his name, but the African American gentleman was able to assure us we got a good deal on clearance sneakers, was able to find my long lost account, and treated my fiancé and I like we were at a 5 star restaurant. Will be coming back for sure!

Online and over the phone the store hours are posted that they are open until 8pm during the week. Drove over an hour to find the doors locked at 6: 30pm. Please update your store hours.

Went to pickup an online order but when I arrived the doors were locked although employees were inside ignoring the knocking. I tried to do curbside pickup and got nothing. I finally saw the mailman delivering mail and they opened the door so I approached then and was told the store was closing. They did allow me to pickup my order but still crazy that another store is closing without any warning to customers.

I would leave a -10 review if I could. I placed an online order for pickup, which was processed and i received notification from the store via text and email that it was ready to pick up. I get there and the store is temporarily closed but with employees inside. They refused to give me my order. Customer service wouldn’t cancel it, that I will have to wait 7 days. Then they tell me that the order has been picked up.

I don’t have my shoes, i don’t have my money. I will never shop here again.

The person who is attending the store today (Oct 20,2022 - 10: 45 am) is a someone who need to learn “a lot” about customer service. She is very rude and have a very bad attitude with the customer.the worst service I have ever received. I don't know how someone like her can have that kind of job, when the customer service is the priority on that position.
