Famous Fragrance, Humble TX

My girlfriend got me a fragrance from the store and it was broken out of the box and would not spray so she tried to exchange it with a receipt and they would not help her I strongly recommend you do not use this place they are rude and unhelpful!

They tried to sell me a walmart brand cologne for 60 dollars, went to walmart same one was 22 bucks. Also they water down their cologne dont buy from these scammers

If you can't find your favorite fragrance anymore. Most likely its living here now moderately priced as well, yet still affordable.

I compared two bottles I bought there with the same exact from Macy’s and come to find out they are watering down the products. They don’t smell as strong and don’t last as long at the ones I purchased from Macy’s.

No wonder they sell their colognes and perfumes at a very cheap price!

Cuz they’re fake!

And when I went to ask for my refund, she started screaming and hollering causing a scene at the mall.

There’s no way I’m shopping there ever again!

Do not buy any fragrances from this location, they are scammers!

I was disappointed to see that the manager would not refund or exchange my Aqua de Gio cologne after having it in good condition and in its original wrapping. The manager would not return it without receipt. I had documentation of the time, date, and bank statement verifying the transaction but the manager did not want to put in the effort to talk or see the evidence I had provided. Even though we were the only customers in the store he advised the store associate that he would not return or let me exchange the perfume. Please stay away from buying fragrances from this location, you are better off buying them from the Macy’s next door and even at a better deal! The customer service was what made this experience even more terrible!

Nishi was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the colognes. Awesome experience and would recommend Famous Fragrance to anyone who’s looking for perfume or cologne! We will be back.

Was sold a Luna Rossa Sport 1.7 ounces for $70 and nowhere is that much. The seller said it was the best he could do but he clearly overcharged us. Buyers beware!

It was my Birthday so I went to Deerbrook to Famous Fragrance to grab Luna Rosa Sport with my Girlfriend as my Birthday Present. After showing me several other options he let me smell the cologne and I thought I was getting good customer service from a place I would buy several colognes from since I was new to the area. But instead this guy looked me in my eye, shook my hand, knew it was my birthday and knowlying charge me the cost of the 3.4, $71 or cheaper bottle but only gave me the 1.7 bottle after saying it was the best "deal" he could give me. I've found nowhere where this bottle is that high. Rather than have a customer for life, he'd rather rip me off which is why now everyone just buys online. Shame on you. You should reach out to make this right. Do right by your customers and you'll make way more in return than ripping them off.
