No one came to offer any kind of help from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. We walked around looked at some potential buys but were never assisted so we left. Furniture is mediocre for the price.

I brought a living room set and never recieved my TV that was promsed. And I call and noone knows nothing and they just hang up my calls. Horrible customer service and than they call back about more lies.

Honestly, they make themselves see helpful. They’re just doing it for the sale. My bed frame literally broke, the people who installed it didn’t do a good job and it came apart. I made a call in January, had to reschedule. It’s now May and I called and they’re not willing to help during cov19 they mentioned they’ll replace my stuff at no cost and they told me to throw out my furniture and now they’re saying I have to pay for what was thrown out after the person who sold me the stuff told me to dispose of it until her repair men is available. Horrible service. They ruin your credit. I’ve done 2 different transactions
The first time they closed my account before my one year mark ruining my history on my credit.
Also, they lied to me and I’ve could’ve got the same set cash someone else for half the price.

Worse place ever and not only that they bring the electronics from Monterrey Mexico I was informed by one of there employees and when I was calling to get my 2,000$ refrigerator to fix because it broke down when I just purchased it 5 months ago I had to call Monterey Mexico to set one of there technicians to come and service the broken 2,000$ Samsung refrigerator I will keep you posted on this event with my refrigerator plus I also purchased a200$ extended warranty

I originally gave this place a one star until one of the representatives called me about changing my review to a 4 or 5 star and i would get free delivery. I never received my contract the couch was 2000 and set of tables 300+ and right now i am viewing my balance of almost $5000.my monthly payment is very high i know people here paying as low as 100 but since the lady saw my paychecks she obviously gave me a high paying range. I called a few times about the damaged couches i received and they never came in to replace them. Also not to mention i recieved the wrong merchandise the first time it was delivered. I wish they weren't so pushy at first or i would of never bought here but the lady there was so pushy she even made me log into my bank account from her desk to get approved. My orginal rating was a 1 star this is why i am rating it again. Because its my honest opinion. And not To mention i received a free 30 in tv when i was told i would get the 40 in. Its too late to cancel but u learn from bad experiences. I would say if u go in here to shop stick to what you came in for don't let them trick u into buying more than what you can actually afford. These people only care about getting paid their commission. BEWARE DO NOT SET FOOT INTO THIS PLACE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR FURNITURE YOU DIDN'T EVEN ORDER
