Fannie Mae, Plano TX

I found a property in Biwabik MN, the online listing states it's owned by a mortgage company and that it's for sale, it was challenging to get the information on the real-estate agent and each time Fannie employees were able to give more information, phone #s email addresses to the real estate agent handling the property, it took several attempts but finally I received a response and was told the property is Not on the market and would be a long time before it becomes available? I asked why it's listed for sale and have not heard back from the realtor as of yet, that's 3 weeks waiting. I have cash in hand but I'm wondering if this realtor is saving it for themselves, doesn't surprise me
